SI confirms “Rivals” shared UM signals

Sports Illustrated just posted via Instagram “Two single-page documents listing detailed breakdowns of Michigan's deciphered signals were shared last season with a Big Ten school set to face the Wolverines, Si's @bypatforde and @ri_cfb report.”

I’m guessing the NCAA and B10 may decide to back off since this is just the tip of the iceberg as to the information UM has on everyone. I almost hope they press their luck so we can go scorched earth on them all. Defamation suits all around!

Worked for Electric Boat many moons ago, and could never get all the names down for the subs.  They had their Class, which was named after the first boat of that class, (OHIO Class), but also were called Trident Class, and then had the number assigned to the boat.  I remember making a spread sheet so I knew what ship and class they were talking about.

For real! The perspective I see from sports is that raping kids, off the field this/that etc.. doesn't matter. The people don't matter. It's "The Sport" that matters. If it hurts(softens:just for you Ryan) the game It's an issue and shalt be punished. But off the field shenanigans ruining kids' lives: It's fine. Fucking backwards.

We can thank our sister school in East Lansing for that.

As for this current fiasco, I've been wondering if Dantonio is involved. He has Ohio State coaching roots and connections and, after the tunnel incident last year, may be a manifestation of Sparty revenge.

Sheer speculation, of course. I'm not typically a conspiracy theorist.

Dantonio would certainly be involved if he could be. Remember a few years ago when they were playing PSU at 3:30 after The Game and MSU could have won the division if we upset OSU and MSU won, he was asked if he would be pulling for Michigan- he replied "Go Buckeyes."

“Tony told Michigan this was the worst scandal in Big Ten history, not including game fixing,”

If the Big Ten Commissioner said that about Michigan, we have no future in a conference with him leading it.

He either said it because he naively believes it, or he said it because he feels he has to appease the mob.  Neither is a good look.

We can't be in a conference that is going to gratuitously gang up on us for no legitimate reason, with the freaking commissioner as the ringleader.

"Tony told Michigan this was the worst scandal in Big Ten history, not including game fixing," one Big Ten administrator told SI.

I think the key here is that this quote came from one of the ADs at the meeting Michigan was excluded from. Did our spineless Big Ten leader say it? Maybe. But even more likely it's  anonymous anti-Michigan spin from MSUs AD.
