Tony Pettiti Ghost

He shrunk away as expected.

Like a ghost. Pathetic is too kind a word. We need a new leader and we need a new leader in the Big Ten fast.  If we're going to stay, that is.

I was in section 121 and people in our section (myself included) and in 118 were yelling at Petitti with about 3 to go in the game when he was standing in the corner of the end zone by us. Yelling the classics like “Hey Tony you suck”,  “Asshole”, and of course “Fuck you Tony.” Tony was looking up and pointed in a general direction and ended up getting one of his police security members to radio for officers. Right after that here came three police officers and kicked a UM fan out in 118 in about the 5th row. Tony’s a bitch!

Serious question - who has the power to fire him?  He is the epitome of a horrific leader - inmates are definitely running this asylum.  Yet, who actually has the power to get rid of him?  If it's a vote of the AD's from all of the schools in the conference, I have very little confidence that most of them would have the balls to go against OSU's wishes.  And if it's the special committee of four (3 of whom are PSU and OSU), well we know how that will go.

He's fucking pathetic. He couldn't even say a positive word for Michigan. How we can let some insecure little shit like that make money decisions is beyond me. Michigan should throw their weight around and tell them we just paid his fucking salary by going to the playoffs and to get him canned.

Oh, as soon as his name was mentioned the crowd gave a pretty thunderous response. But the exchange was so quick that I and the crew I was with didn’t actually know he was there. We walked out of the stadium thinking he was a no show and that Klatt just handed it over.

And since Zak was on the receiving end the booing transitioned quickly. I imagine that was planned.

Tony is on borrowed time, I think.

He’s ultra soft and he proved it tonight so in the end he fits the narrative of the mob he follows…. Losers follow, he did not deserve to be on the same stage as real men. Glad he showed his cowardice on the national stage so all could see.  Now he can go back to slap and tickle with Thamel as they hide out in the shadows swapping “insider” info.

At least Goodell had enough fortitude to hand Brady the Rozelle trophy after his vendetta about inflated footballs.

That Super Bowl 51 comeback, with Brady throwing for close to 500 yards, was one of the NFL's greatest moments.

Petitti dared not to speak tonight, and that lack of leadership, sadly, has thoroughly defined his tenure.

Never seen a commissioner not say a word during a trophy presentation. It is their one spotlight all year. Their one chance to assert their presence and authority. Sulked away like a worm..

Just think 3 years ago we wondering if we would ever beat OSU. Now, we just won our 3rd straight B1G Title. If you would have told me 10 years ago. Michigan would win 3 straight titles I would have laughed in your face. BET!!!

Was at the game tonight. Tony snuck off stage while Mikey was accepting the MVP.  He had to go through the tunnel that was lined by Michigan fans. Got booed mercilessly as he deserved. What a clown.
