Lived in Houston for 5 years. I’d recommend checking out the barbecue scene. Goode Company Barbecue on Kirby was my favorite near downtown. Smoked brisket and turkey would be my recommendation there. If you want to venture further out, Central Texas Barbecue in Pearland was also a favorite. Haven’t been there in 15 years, but generally the more the building looked like it was about to collapse, the better the barbecue. Central Texas was definitely on the verge of collapsing.
Was at the game tonight. Tony snuck off stage while Mikey was accepting the MVP. He had to go through the tunnel that was lined by Michigan fans. Got booed mercilessly as he deserved. What a clown.
Everything that was talked about in the game preview all in one single play. Weak interior lineman choke and trip over one another which puts McCord under pressure. McCord panics and reverts to the most terrible version of himself due to the rush and throws an awful pass right into the arms of a Michigan defender. Ball game.
Anyone else more concerned with which scenario minimizes OSU's chance of making the playoffs? Maybe I'm snake bit after last year, but I can't stand the thought of them backing their way into the playoffs again this year.
Says no one outside of the Big Ten knew Sharone Moore before last week. Just the coach of the two time Joe Moore award winning offensive line. What a clown.
