Go back with family every few years and stay at the Breakers.

It's tempting to break everything down in today's life, project and let everyone know how you feel. This is not needed this day. Enjoy the season for the joy it brings. If good fortune brings more victories than the alternative smile and celebrate. If the likely result is less than a championship this year shrug, more on and appreciate the effort this great group of young people are working hard to achieve.

Get it. It's unfortunate to learn those we look up to made mistakes or worse and the effects those errors have caused. The University has an overall positive impact on society and if handled correctly we learn and grow from those past errors in judgment. Their are evil people in the world and how the actions and behaviors of bad people are confronted and dealt with is part of our human condition. Those awful actions should not take away from the the well intended students, professors, coaches and support staff that still deserve the backing of the Michigan community. It is because of this opportunity to demonstrate and prove this I will be enthusiastic when rooting for everything Michigan, especially the football team even if I'm wearing a Michigan Volleyball tee-shirt doing it this season.

This is an accurate statement for sure. It's quite a unique occurrence from a new to the job position. Typically when one Coach or Manager in a particular field takes over a dumpster fire it is easier to win over the team, staff, fans, guests, clients, etc... vs. when you have to replace a legend. It is nearly the opposite in this comparison yet Coach Howard is excelling regardless. Another example of many, to demonstrate his bona fides and point to a very enjoyably successful tenure as leader of the team.
Unless you're Irish or Catholic there is barely a reason to choose or root for that school over Michigan. South Bend is nowhere near the town AA is. Students are mainly confined to campus and a few blocks near school due to the locals somehow completely disdaining the Damer's, also downtown South Bend is very depressing. Wait, I remember, the disdain comes from most of the Damer's being smug dicks.
