He already has one bag

How many bags does one man need?

Wonder what the primary UCLA bag giver is thinking right now.   A lot of these people just have to be burning that they give these guys a mil and they walk after a year.  I know some have unending wealth in their pockets but it still has to burn especially those who actually had to earn money vs inheriting it.

Very much would like him at Michigan.  Sure, he had some struggles this year at UCLA but I saw him play a few times and the talent is undeniable.  More talent in the QB room is not a bad thing.

The team culture on Michigan is the key to their success and it is a very delicate balance, It can easily be destroyed by one player in the key position of quarterback. Of course I don't know him but I can only judge him by his public actions and those actions/decisions do not give me  good feeling about how he would fit in to the team (the team, the team) culture.

Which actions exactly? Some throw stuff like this around mixed with 'bag' comments without actually stating what truly happened. Did he simply choose the highest bidder?  UM had a lousy QB coach..that seems pretty clear based on a lot of insider-ish comments as well as comments from recruits families. So, that alone could have pushed UM back behind other programs.

I wouldn't be shocked to see Oregon since he was there initially, but would their staff welcome him? I did see they lost a QB commitment for their 2024 class, so maybe he's going there. But it sure would be nice if he came to Michigan. Would feel a lot better about next year if he did.

If he goes to Miami, then he is not serious about being developed.

This seems to be the conventional wisdom. JJ should come back and be the #1 QB in next year's draft. I personally find it hard to believe that his draft stock would rise higher next year if Michigan wins the natty this year, but I'm not an NFL draft guy.

Deep in the heart of Texas, the Ewers camp was already making noises about Ewers coming back--possibly to give Arch Manning something to think about. Maybe JJ's camp ends up doing something similar.

Bottom line on Dante Moore--on one hand, never say no to talent. On the other--I strongly agree with the notion that Michigan has identified a certain personality type that fits the Michigan culture regardless of the number of stars recruiting sites put next to the name. At this point, if Moore wants to come to Michigan, I'm in "show me" mode.
