It wasn’t NIL. From what I read Michigan’s offer was more. It was based on being a starter at Alabama and probably declaring for the draft after this year. Plus Courtney Morgan was involved in his original recruitment to Michigan
One of my co-workers is from NY and is a lifelong Giants fan. He was telling me that Wink leaving the Giant was due to Daboll being impossible to work with. By all accounts players loved Wink.
I’m not sure what people expected when you have to fill out a new staff in late January/early February. Usually championship teams have have minimal attrition; Michigan is outside that norm due to Harbaugh.
just from what has been said by Walter Nolen and Evan Stewart, but from what I've heard from my brother in law, who is A&M alum, is similar to other schools. They promised a bunch of kids a bunch of money but it never really came to fruition. Also, in fundraising events my bro in law has gone to, Bjork was pretty vocal about how much NIL money they've secured - so not sure if it's smoke and mirrors but he wasn't playing the poverty card that 3rd base was playing.
White Lake/Commerce Twp area. Good school district (Walled Lake Schools), and there's a lot of lakes in the area (Union, Upper/Lower Straights, Pontiac Lake, White Lake, Oxbow Lake, etc)
i think the bigger reason is that when these kids are being recruited by Michigan, they're told they'll be given a chance to compete for a starting job. With other schools, they're probably telling these kids they'll be a starter. you'll miss out on more kids but I'd rather have those who want to compete vs ones who want things handed to them

That's great, but pass. He'd be here 2, maybe 3 years and then you're starting the process all over again.
smash
first piece of positive Michigan news Pete has reported...
i think some of that had to do with line play and them being a pass first offense
smash
If I bought spot, the only way I’d accept that is if they threw in the dayparts at no cost.
It’s on AM. No one listens and ad spots go for $10 for a :30 and $20 for a :60.
defund the NCAA
Not sure but it wasn’t a good sign when Quinten Johnson was getting more reps later in the season especially against OSU

this. this person just steals what's behind paywalls and reports it as his own
recruiting is about to explode
along with the updated NIL news, its been a very positive couple of days.
This momentum needs to be carried over into Spring and Fall since the schedule isnt doing this team any favors
Have to say, Harbaugh dealt Moore a shit hand and Moore has been able to turn it around.
This is a damn good hire. Now get the coach from Toledo to coach secondary

and then pulled it back when there was conflicting information - things are moving fast and some sources have differing information
he has more college experience than Minter or Macdonald had..
Jim loves him some Jim.
Looking doesn’t mean hiring.
At the end of the day the Chargers offered an opportunity that Michigan could never match.
With that said, Michigan should’ve put their absolute best foot forward to begin with instead of this 11th hour nonsense.
Herbert isn’t going
This. I'm just tired of the annual noise around this. Make a decision and stick with it.
Whoever is QB1 needs to be Cade-like. Not needed to win games but don’t lose them
His “star” RB was basically shown the door by Lane.
English retreiver. They’re great dogs

A&M's NIL wasn't as cracked up as it was made to be. He clearly fumbled it, and you can get away with just about anything in the SEC
This kinda feels like when Hoke hired Doug Nussmeier
Tommy Rees would like to have a word
This, it feels like the program is in full panic mode
OSU fans are losing…
😂😂😂😂
OSU fans are losing their sh*t about this and it’s hilarious to read all the negative comments
Spring game wont tell us anything. Clemons was a spring game superstar....
All this person does is openly post things that are discussed on paid sites (On3)
Wetzel really doenst publish anything unless he's solid on information - he's not like Peckerhead Thamel...
Here's the thing, even if Jim gets all his demands he's still going to interview every year. This is the longest he's ever been at a coaching spot
Except A&M’s NIL was all smoke and mirrors. There was a lot of talk of getting players a lot of money and it never really came to fruition

Just elevate Kirk Campbell to OC.
This. As much as I want to shit on Warde he’s only half of this equation
Time for an Orji…
This, he’s just repeating what had already been reported
Another Corner/Safety and a WR
it's not a hamburger so nothing will happen
smart move, no one wants to be the guy to follow Saban.

and Alabama is gonna move fast with any hire they make.
