From someone who graduated in 2011, Darius Morris was the first great in a long line of great Michigan point guards under Beilin. RIP! Love watching his game and remember being sad to see him enter the draft as soon as he did.
Aside from being the best college basketball player in the country for 2 years in a row, Zach Edey is extremely cool and likeable! I'm rooting for him. Mostly I'm rooting for a great game.
We are both alumni of the Solomon Shecter in Northbrook, IL. I think there are are few throughout the country though. I think most of the band Phish went to a Shecter in New York.

I used to love rooting for the Big 10 in all non-conference games and especially in the tournament... Sadly I've lost much of that rooting interest after all the BS that went down during "signgate" :(
The man is an incredible coach with an incredible amount of success. He has extremely strong ties to Michigan basketball. Was the assistant to Steve Fisher on the 89 championship team. He was also the man most responsible for recruiting the FAB 5! He's a young 64 and has the ability to turn the program around quickly.
My wife who is not a sports fan but is forced to listen to me talk about Michigan football non- stop over the past few weeks/ months heard me say I can't believe Rod Moore is coming back he's projected to be a 2nd or 3rd rounder. She replied" The NIL works in mysterious ways."
I think that's a great move for him! This next season Penn State's offense should be clicking on all cylinders with Aller, Allen, and Singletary all being veterans. He'll be the number 1 receiver for them as opposed to possibly not even being the 3rd receiver at OSU.
Howard was fortunate to inherit one of the best programs in the country, and he brought it into the gutter. The complete opposite of Beilein's tenure. This sucks!
It can take time to create that "identity" or rhythm with all these new pieces. If rather them find their rhythm in 2024 than 2023. Having said that... beat the Ducks!
I will instead be watching the Michigan game live and recording the Bama game so I can avoid commercials. Of all weekends that my wife and I need to be quarantining, this is an ideal one! :)
Agreed! I think this game is huge for an early December game. I think this team has the potential to be very good eventually, and this game on top of a strong Big Ten performance is gonna be very important in getting into the tourny.
Even though Georgia is ranked #1 I still think they are underrated... I've heard a lot about how they aren't as dominant this year and there is much more parity at the top, but whenever Georgia has had a big game on their schedule they've crushed their opponents. I think they are going to do the same to a very good Bama team... we'll see.
If you've watched this team you can see that it is literally night and day from last year's. Talent- wise, chemistry wise, and absolutely dominant pg wise. i am personally stoked about this team that i was very ready to ignore. Thank you Juwan, Phil, Eisley, and the college basketball gods!
I'm a big Blackhawks fan and I'm not at all impressed with Connor Bedard so far. Watching Patrick Kane as rookie was much more exciting than Bedard. I hope I'm wrong and I know it's early but I think this kid is way over hyped!

Not really... in order to get most of the top 100 kids you need to pay up front, and Michigan doesn't do that.
That's why Scott Frost got fired. Also played a part in him being a terrible coach.
