OT: Franz Balling!
Anyone else noticing that Franz Wagner is tearing up the NBA? Our dude is averaging 20/4/3 and shooting 35% from 3. He's a great defender already and NBA media people talk about him like he's just scratching the surface. Not bad for a 21 year old!

Yeah he’s been killing it in the league from the beginning. Awesome to see.
He was so good here too, especially his last season. When his shot was on he was basically a flawless player. Could attack the net, shoot, super crafty with the ball as a playmaker, and crazy long defensively.
His last game was unfortunately a stinker to go out on, but we don’t get there without him. If only we had Livers during that run we probably could have withstood an off night from him.

I think we beat UCLA 9 of 10 times with Livers. Just needed someone to make a shot that night.

His all-around talent goes a long way toward explaining the success of the '20-'21 season. Throw in an NBA rotation player (Livers) and a guy who at least played a few games at that level (Chaundee) and it gets even easier. And only one of them was a "Beilein" guy! :)
