High ceiling but needs to become more consistent in confidence regardless of how this fall the first 5-8 minutes. Still one of my favorites as he continues to grow and mature will be lethal. Hope he stays one more year to develop

I's say yes as long as he fits the new culture you are building. Give a small role, let him step and grow from that point. Find the right people and get them in the right positions.
