What an incredibly stupid play call on 4th and 1. You need 1 yard, so you call a slow developing run that loses 3.

At this point, you need to send a fucking message. 

Stopped watching after the intentional grounding non call and then TD by Bears. I am trying the reverse psychology although Goff fumbled. If the Lions come back you're welcome. I am usually pretty good at this.

Now is when the Lions will get some garbage points while the bears drain the clock.

Wow. Except for the Panthers, every team with a worse record than their opponent was ahead.

Ravens just scored to pull ahead of the Rams so never mind.

The defense sucks, but it took the offense 1.5 quarters to get a first down in the 2nd half.

Sky isn't falling but this team is trending down almost across the board. They need to at least split with Minnesota and the Denver game becomes one you now cannot afford to lose. 

Minnesota gets the best WR in football back this week and GB is trending way up through their young QB and pass rush so I still refuse to see the division as a sure thing.

Not the end of the world but concerning that this Bears team should have swept Detroit if we're being honest. Glenn cannot figure out how to defend what is ultimately a really shitty Bears offense. 

Just gotta win next week. Almost mandatory now if the trends hold.

The Packers remaining schedule: NYG, Panthers, Bears, Bucs, and Vikings. Easiest schedule in the entire NFL. And they’ve won 3-straight. If they beat the NYG on Monday, they’ll only be 2 games behind the Lions with 4 games left. 

Calling it now: The Lions aren’t winning the division.

If this team does manage to win the division, they are going to get bent over in the playoffs.

Since the Ravens game the Lions have just fallen completely apart. 9-8 and losing the division is very much on the table, it’s been a meltdown.

People blame AG and the defense, and that’s true, but Goff has looked absolutely horrific as of late.

On the plus side, brown paper bag sales will be up for the next game at Ford Field

Well it was a nice run. They actually made me believe. I’m a silly man. 

Over the last 7 games:

• Record: 4-3

• Point Differential: -29

I couldn’t bring myself to watch it after the last  month - even though they were 3-1.  The signs were there for the downward trend.  

I see by reading a few posts that I made the right decision.  
 

I’m not going to let them hurt me anymore…

4th and 25  they jump and you have a free play  why throw it short of the sticks?  Even if you complete it it does nothing  you have to accept the penalty to get another play. This team is dumb as hell

it sucks to lose this game. That being said, big picture, this could mean the bears stay with their coach and fields as their QB. Which, okay lol

as for the lions, they need more talent on D. Also Goff cannot operate without a clean pocket… like period. 

Lions need to keep a winning culture and draft well and they’ll have their opportunities season after season, like the ravens. I’ll take that.

Hopefully these last few weeks put the final nail in the resign Goff to a huge extension coffin.

You can only go so  far with Goff.  Can't wait for a draft pick.  Cousins would probably be an upgrade, if healthy.

The defense needs to improve at all three levels. If they sign Goff long-term, they are morons.

AG calls another dud. Dude loves going man coverage against running qbs. Terrible performance against the worst offense in the division. On the other side of the ball Johnson and Goff put up another abysmal performance. The wheels fell off after that horrendous no call on grounding. Can’t let that happen.
