it's the right decision. Fauci let the cat out of the bag. Expect 1M deaths or more unless urgent measures are taken.

This is going to be some of the strangest viewing I have ever seen.

I also feel really bad for the underdogs. When those fans begin to shift and throw their support for an upset, it really drives them and can deflate the big boys.

OTOH the lack of energy can be really disconcerting for big-name teams. NCAA hockey has long been a laboratory experiment of what happens when small teams play heavily favored powers in empty arenas, and the results suggest that small teams have a good chance there.

FWIW if things are shutting down like this, people are going to be staying in a lot more, and the NCAA games are going to do absolutely monstrous ratings.
