There was a comment yesterday that mentioned Hart. And, from my perspective - I agree with that.
This would allow Moore and Minter to “do their thing” with their respective units.
Each coach is valuable - so, it’s not a negative against Moore / Minter - instead, it emphasizes how important they each are to the effectiveness of the O & D. And, IMO - their actions / play calling / etc - can run with the least amount of disruption.
What’s the head coach going to do? Make select play decisions - e.g. 4th and short. Attempt a FG or go for it on fourth down in the PSU zone - inside the 32 yard line. And, of course - clock management - time outs - etc.

FYI the judge is a Michigan grad which people initially thought was a good thing but I have my doubts.
Because she’s “one of us” she HAS to be 100% certain if she rules in our favor or she’s going to face a lot of homer criticism.

The Legal team isn’t the question. It’s the availability and time a judge has to review all the materials and reach a decision.
