The write-up of her decision has to be "iron-clad", otherwise it will just be overturned on appeal on Monday; guessing this is part of the delay....not "lack of influence".

Going with Moore is a terrible strategic decision imo and honestly makes me kind of angry. Going the next in line, guy who deserves route over what is actually gives the team the best strategic chance for success. It doesn’t really matter who the HC is today in the grand scheme of things. What will matter is the coordinators being on top of there game and fully focused on there duties. Making offensive line / blocking adjustments against a very good front 7 is the kind of thing that ends up getting some what neglected when your OC/Oline coach is also acting as HC. I assume Newsome or someone will fill in there , but that’s a risk we don’t need to take.
Hart or Jay are the obvious choices. I honestly think at this point Jay has been held back professionally out of fear of the appearances of nepotism.
