Jim or no Jim I would be shocked if we don't see a focused angry football team today. On a base level this team was already excited to finally get past all the tomato cans I would reckon. Though whoever is coaching needs to harness that anger in a little bit because being too jacked might be a concern.

"focused angry" is a contradiction.  Anger makes you lose focus.  Anger is BAD.

Fortunately the program has people who are aware of the need to focus, and have conditioned the team to tune everything out.  I love it that JJ meditates; that's exactly what he needs in a situation like this.

This is where the veteran leadership among the players needs to go to another level.  Play focused, play for each other, do your job, and the result will be there.  We have seen this movie already, several times.  I'll be happy to sit back and watch it again today.

I would not want to be Penn State right now. This team was already on a mission, now they're a pissed off team on a mission.

To paraphrase Tora! Tora! Tora!, the rest of the B1G Ten is gonna realize "all we have done is awaken a sleeping giant and fill him with terrible resolve."

I thought this was gonna be a close one before, but now I think our boys are gonna unleash hell.

The BIG created this mess with the late drop on Friday, which was absolutely part of their plan and also terribly shitty and disrespectful to a member.  If they do it Thursday there is enough time for the court to give a yea or a nay.

If I was a judge I would consider the timing intentional and grant at least a 48 hour stay to give the court proper time to review the request.

Hoping for someone with the university to hijack the Beaver Stadium sound system just prior to kickoff and suddenly “For He’s A Jolly Good Fellow” begins blaring and Gus Johnson does his best Jim Ross WWE imitation “GOOD GOD! THAT’S JIM HARBAUGH’S MUSIC!”

While it might be good for the team for someone other than a coordinator to take the spot it would also be a professional insult. It's not just about good of the team. It's about earning the opportunity and Moore and Minter have done so leading elite units. Especially Moore wearing two hats. You give this hat to Jaybaugh or Hart and it's a professional slight to Moore, unfortunately. And frankly, we like having him around..

I don't disagree, but I like the idea of having Hart act as the head coach so Moore and Minter can focus on the play calling without any other distractions. Also, the game that Moore coached earlier this year was the worst performance by the team when compared to the other two games that JH was suspended. I know there are MANY factors that could play into why they played poorly, and I'm sure none of those things had to do with Moore being the active HC, but it still makes me nervous.

Last night discussion was about Minter then Hart. The staff agreed Moore had too much on plate with this short of a notice. I don’t think Moore was upset by that and it was just for today. I’m surprised if Moore is now going to be acting coach. They had settled on Hart last night. I guess we’ll see. 95% of the info coming out lately has been wrong.

Good. Perhaps this judge will save them from doing something stupid imo. I don't see why they want to fight this. Clearly violations were made, accept it and move along. It will be even sweeter to run the B10 table and still hold the trophy with Jim not on the sideline.

The NCAA and Big Ten have both said there’s no evidence that Harbaugh knew what was going on. The Big Ten even said yesterday that it was not a sanction on Harbaugh.

The analyst the allegations are against was suspended.

Almost certainly Stallions committed violations, but I suppose we just do away with investigations and due process and anyone can allege anything and that’s factual? And we render punishment before any investigation and against people not involved in the allegations?

Absolutely bonkers take IMO.

Do we want to lay back while schools that we haven't played yet vote on whether our head coach is suspended for games against them? Do we want to lay back while a commissioner uses a rule in a way that's never been used before to punish us for something he hasn't even investigated yet? That's why we fight this.

The B1G, no matter the outcome, has timed this for maximum pain on Michigan and its worked.

The team has to be on pins & needles or is it just the fan base?

The team wants Jim there no doubt but I am going to give them enough credit that they are focused on the fact that Jim or no Jim they are better than PSU and just need to execute. It is natural for the fans to be more preoccupied with it than the team itself.
