Harbaugh Garage Sale - Any MGoThrifters Out There?

Submitted by Navy Wolverine on March 20th, 2024 at 7:03 AM

Surprised this wasn't posted already. Perhaps I missed it but didn't see anything on the first two pages but it looks like the Harbaugh's had a garage sale over the weekend. It sounds like he was selling anything you could fit into a bag for $20. Anybody pick up some of his M gear. I didn't see to many treasures in the photo - looks like your typical garage. Can you think of any other coach or celebrity even that has a garage sale? Never change coach.

Any other MGoThrifters out there? What do you thrift for? Where do you go to find some good stuff?

I am not going to lie.  I am really going to miss Harbaugh and all his crazy off the wall things he does.  Mowing the lawn, yard sales,  feeding his chickens, etc........

He said in a interview he is giving the chickens away to a person who holds the record for owning the longest living chicken.  I think it was an interview with a local Los Angeles reporter on the day of the Chargers press conference if you really want to find it on Youtube.

I attended Mike Boyd's garage sale after he took the job at Cleveland State. There was a lot of junky M gear and other trinkets and trash, nothing worth purchasing or even mentioning. I was pretty disappointed.

I used to work in Malibu. One of my coworkers was legendary for living next to Barbra Streisand. She had a mansion and he had a trailer. It helped that he bought his place in the 60s when Malibu was somewhat still affordable. Babs used to complain to him that he was playing his stereo too loud.

I’ve been to Paradise Cove a few times for lunch. It’s a really beautiful spot. We had lunch at a restaurant with beach seating. They literally put beach chairs around a picnic table in the sand. Very relaxing. Anyway, that’s where I was introduced to the “Arnold Palmer.” At first I gave my colleague a questionable look for ordering an alcoholic beverage at lunch. And then I found out it’s just lemonade and ice tea. I’ve been ordering those ever since.
