Josh Henschke reporting. Was reported he was the likely candidate but this sounds all but official now. Huge to keeping our DL room intact from other programs trying to poach our guys. Great hire as well.

I love Greg Scruggs' resume.
- NFL experience both as a player and a coach.
- DL coach at U Cincinnati and U Wisconsin
- Dir of Player Development at Cincinnati
- MBA from Miami (YTM)
- Six sigma green belt that he used for player development at both the NFL and U Cincinnati.
Clearly using these skills to take the initiative and call the players first, especially in this age of NIL and transfers.
So psyched to see Greg join the staff.

I know the priority is retaining the great players we already have, but I wonder if any DL talent from Wisconsin would want to follow him over to the good guys? We've seen how valuable a strong DL rotation can be!
