His biggest pluses are that he's played, coached and recruited in the heart of SEC country. He should be a great resource in building better relationships with some of the high schools in that part of the country.
His priorities should be:
1. Bring us all the K.Grants you can find.
2. Deep threat WR's (6ft 3-5 215lbs).
3. CB's that can run with and body up Deep threat WR's (6ft 3-5 215lbs).
The Chargers and Bears are the only teams that scare me when it comes to Harbaugh.
All of the teams will make a run at Belichick, but I can only see him going to a team that has a QB, so not Washington or Raiders. Bears or Panthers are the most likely spots.
Any team looking for a new DC should be giving Minter a look.
Jim Harbaugh - 4.8 He’s the right man for the job. Will at some point win it all.
Juwan Howard - 3.6 LOVES MICHIGAN!! Will grow and get better.
Kim Barnes Airco - 4.8 Will at some point win it all.
Brandon Naurato - ????
Tracy Smith - ????
Warde Manuel – 3.0 Starting to lose faith in him. Needs to pay J.H and KBA whatever it takes to keep them.
Santa Ono – 4.0 Involved in a good way.
Kevin Warren – 3.6 USC UCLA
The coordinating abilities of:
Matt Weiss/Sherrone Moore 3.4 (Philly Special on 4 and 2????? WTAF WAS THAT)
Jesse Minter/Steve Clinkscale 4.0
Together - 3.7 I Think we need a single OC and DC. If we lose Weiss, we can find another QB- Coach. We need to do whatever is needed to keep Moore involved in the O-Line. Make Minter the DC and pay him. I hope we can keep Clinkscale, but if not, find a new CB-Coach
A view from the other side. I have mild PTSD and suffer from VERY vivid dreams at night. Many a morning I’ve gotten up tired from fighting in my sleep all night. A few times I’ve dropped The Peoples Elbow on my wife in my sleep.

Was just about to post the same thing.
It was a clear fumble. RIP Charlie White.
He needs to have the ball thrown to him deep at least twice a game.
He's coming back.

“Nobody wins a national title by player development in lieu of elite recruiting.”
BOOM!!! DE UNIVERSITY!!
Like most shows, it’s had some ups and downs. Changes in the cast have been the biggest thing, but overall, still one of the best shows on TV.
Under the right set of circumstances .........We are all Negan.
1. What team/school is your second favorite college team? Texas Tech
2. What is your favorite TV series? The Walking Dead
3. What is your favorite genre of music? Funk/Rap/Hip-Hop/Jazz
4. Crunchy peanut butter or creamy? Crunchy – only children eat creamy
5. *Ginger or Mary Ann? (control question to verify identity as some on here have already answered this one) Mary Ann
Leave her alone. She’s one of the few Spartans I kind of like.
I’ve often wondered the same thing myself.
WELCOME!!
I can see that being a really big factor.
"Wake Forest" Now you are just being mean.
Unless you are the #1 guy at your position, you already know you are someone’s backup plan.
Best description of NIL that I can find
"Big bank take lil' bank, bank
Big bank take lil' bank, bank
Type of money you gon' need a safe
Type of money you gon' need a bank"
Michigan either gets with the times, or learn to be happy finishing ahead of Rutgers every other year.
7. The University gets a new President
5. The Michigan baseball team gets a new coach
6. The Michigan hockey team gets a coach under an actual signed contract (not specifying who the coach is unless you want bonus points)
2. Michigan Football gets a 5* commitment
3. Juwan picks up another basketball commitment for 2023 or later.
1. Michigan Football gets a Top 100 commitment
4. Jim Harbaugh names a starting QB
I really don’t see this all being on Warde.

I’m throwing the BS FLAG on this statement.
