Valenti is certainly a spartan slappy. however, he himself even says this, he is an entertainer, not a journalist. His incentive is to get as many ears listening to his show as humanly possible. He is very good at that, and as much as he is a blabbering butthole Sparty mouth breather, he is damn good at his job. Just need to separate journalist and entertainer. If you’ve ever listened to his NFL podcast with Boomer or Cash the ticket with costa, he’s actually very well spoken and educated on the subject matter

that fanbase is sick... not all of them, just about 75%.
i'm basing this on personal experience, having been married to someone who is from cbus, who went to ohio state and her entire family lives in cbus.... all those years visiting down there, I wore my M gear... and can't recall being in public down there one time that I didn't have someone make an ignorant comment or several.

I watched half of it so no one else has to. His points are basically this:
- Harbaugh owns the B1G now. The B1G runs through Ann Arbor after Saturday.
- Michigan beats anyone to win the national championship this year. He specifically names Georgia, TCU, USC, Bama as teams we would beat. In his eyes, we can beat all-comers. We may not be favored to win all of those games, but we should be.

It’s his typical approach. He’s setting up Harbaugh so he can tear him down. This is what he does. Everything he says is calculated to set up a no-lose situation for his show. Valenti is an evil genius. Go back and listen to his show the Monday after the MSU game. It was absolutely disgusting. I will never listen to him again.

Even ESPN's playoff predictor is getting in on it. Currently if you pick Georgia, Michigan, TCU, and USC to win their conference championships it picks Ohio State over USC for the 4th spot. Interestingly it you also pick Those same teams to lose their conference championship games the results are exactly the same.
