Sherrone Moore UM Gear Question (Where to Find/Buy)
I have a simple question in the midst of a lot of program complexity--does anyone know what UM hat Coach Moore wears and where to find/buy it? The MDen is depleted of everything, and can't seem to find it anywhere online. Any info from gear experts? Thanks!

As is perpetually true, a lot of the Jordan coaches' gear is not available for the public.
I will say, as an aside, the Block M hat situation across the board is surprisingly bad at the MDen. They're not really nailing the basics anymore.

I high-key hate Nike putting the gratuitously dumb break lines within the Block M. Just... why??

The technical answer has to do with the way embroidery machines work and the style of embroidery that is being used. Looking through all the stuff I have; Adidas and New Era did the exact same thing when they used "puffed" embroidery for the block M.

He's got a few. It's a thicker M. Heavier one is the jordan brand one. MDen doesn't have all of their stock online; try in-store in Novi.

With Harbaugh gone, do you think the skinny M is gone also? Would be really bummed if that's the case, I think it looks a lot better on a hat than the standard. I really wish they would bring back the flags with the skinnier M also (have not seen at MDen for >5 years now).

I don't see the harm in having multiple options for coaches and fans to choose from. They both look good.

IIRC, Harbaugh asked for the skinny M as an homage to Bo. I got a fitted jumpman one back in the day and I'm glad I did.

Skinny M hats were around before Harbaugh arrived. I remember the MDen had stock of them when I arrived on campus as a freshman during the Hoke era.

On a related note, really wish they would bring this back, or at least release a variation every season. Harbaugh seemed to wear for the first few seasons, and then transitioned to polos/hoodies/various other sweatshirts. The 2017 version was perfect…comfortable material, thin M front and center, smaller brand logo. The next season had the logos the same size, taking focus off the M, and not as good looking IMO.

I'm REALLY hoping Sherrone will switch over to the skinny 'M' Bo hat for next year as a subtle homage to Harbaugh
(Disclaimer: I own a 59FIFTY Bo hat and think it is the only pure Michigan logo)

I used to have a skinny M hat with a brown suede bill. That was my favorite hat, but lost it during a move after college. So bummed.
Similar to this, but less ugly. Strap in back was brown leather and underside of bill was green.

I have one like this, which is pretty good (and looks similar to the one Moore is wearing). I got it at M-Den, but they have it online. Actually mine doesn't have the strap in the back - 47 brand has some that are actually fitted.

I like using the Michigan helmet wings for the E in that logo. The D is obviously sourced from the route he took on that first touchdown run against Washington.

Yeah, the MDen has had a horrible hat selection the past year or so. The hat Moore wears on the sideline is something I'd like to buy. It looks real sharp.

Jacket selection has been awful. I would really like Michigan winter jacket from Jordan brand and they just don’t seem to exist.

Yeah, I was in the market for a decent winter/cold weather Michigan jacket. The selection right now isn’t great. I messaged the M Den and they said Nike/Jordan didn’t have any plans to release anything new jacket-wise for this year (this was back in October). I finally just found a nice team-issued Nike jacket from pre-2007 on eBay for a decent price.
