searchbits: who should be our next AD?

It seems all too apparent that Warde is not just on thin ice, but may be falling through it as we speak.

Who are some of the top ADs in the country who have both a keen sense of running an athletic department and the chops to navigate the wild world of NIL?

in this case….WWSD (What Would Santa Do)?

Honestly unless there's some clarification from the University I would assume he's also looking at exit strategies. He appears to have been publicly gone around and neutered....not a great day at the office as of right now for warde.

Well, candidate, let's say you have a great basketball coach and a great football coach. Do you ...

A. Pay them, keep them happy, and do everything you can do within the rules to help them with the changing landscape of NCAA athletics.

or

B. Be a perpetual hindrance and push said coaches to the professional leagues after reaching their breaking point.

No Way - Beilein would be a step backwards. He wouldnt be able to manage NIL and todays college sports.

Michigans next AD needs to be progressive and they need to both embrace todays college sports, and be innovators.
