The ads have nothing to do with it. Small businesses are allowed to make money. It's more the quantity over quality mentality from the corporate "blogs" that is annoying

Yeah, it's sort of crazy that they don't think the audio is available for what Wade said. I mean, it's an LSU message board so my hopes aren't super-high but I assume they know how Google works.
Ignorance is bliss for a lot of people in the country. As long as they never try to find evidence one way or another, then they can still feel like they're right
Gee, I must have missed the ambiguous part.
1) Made a "strong offer" to pay a player to come there;
2) Acknowledged that the offer was more than G League would pay;
3) Indicated the method of transmitting the offer (funneling it at least partially through the family);
4) Declared that he has made easier deals for better players in the past.
Sure, the players should be paid, but his actions clearly violated NCAA rules, and likely violated state and federal laws as well. But there is nothing to see there, since paid players are typically good players, and winning is all that matters.

Hate to say this, but given that Iowa is about to become the 7th straight B!G team to get bounced before the sweet 16, I am not so optimistic.

Someone mentioned it in the other thread but the 2011 bracket was all the hype about how good the big east was. 11 teams made the tourney and only two advanced to the sweet sixteen- UConn and 11 seeded Marquette.
UConn won because Kemba just couldn't miss and it didn't matter the Big East was overrated or had incredibly bad matchups for the tourney.
Now does that mean that Michigan is going to win it all? Of course not. Does that mean I would be more confident if B1G was doing better? Absolutely. But each game has an independent probability. It is interesting to see the Kenpom EM drop as B1G gets more non-conference data in the tourney though.

No we aren't Iowa. Michigan needs to play Defense as the low post game should be there given the miss match up front. Franz is due for a breakout game and LSU has a lower ranked D. I think Michigan handles this team.
I was at Colorado’s first round game and they looked great.
