Remember Alabama and Clemson both had star studded players on defense. When they played against great offenses, the games turned into shootouts. You’re not gonna shut an offense like Ohio state down. We’ll have to score points to win this game and hope the defense keeps us in it. Go Blue!
Crippen won’t play at the college level for 5 years so his redshirt is irrelevant.
We basically got one year from Ojabo. R/S, 2020 COVID, then this year. On paper he’s a redshirt freshman?
Are we the only team in the country that does all these last second substitutions? Play clock running and the ref doesn’t let Clifford snap the ball…twice that I’ve seen.
Well, Alabama won a national Championship without winning their conference. If we end up with the same record as Sparty and make the 4 over them, I won’t feel bad. Change the format.
I may in the minority here but I personally love Michigan night games. Granted MI won both this year but the Nebraska and Washington games were two of the funnest games in recent memory. Nothing like winning in a hostile environment at night. And ya have to imagine those games are more appealing to 16-18 year old kids considering playing here.
Why can’t every Michigan game be played under the lights. Elijah Craig 18 year to start the evening about an hour before kickoff. Tasted so good went back for seconds. Ended the night sipping Weller special reserve. Great game, Go Blue!! Now let’s get healthy during the bye week.
This team has lacked upper classmen in Harbaugh’s tenure due to injuries, early entries, and transfers. Some of this may be his own undoing. We need to keep developing talent and feed off our 3rd and 4th year players. In this case a 5th year player, the key to the game being the strip fumble recover by Hawkins. Keep kids in the program. Great win. Arguably the biggest since Jimmy came to town!
I don’t post often if at all but I read multiple times a week, Umbig11 was a big reason why. Even used to Google “umbig11 mgoblog” and click on his profile just to see what insight he had for the day...wtf happened?

Where was the vertical passing game today? Gotta say that’s on Gattis. Even when Milton came in he threw 40 yard bombs across the field that, if completed, would gain about 5. Lions cleaned house today, maybe we wake up to good news tomorrow

I think inaccuracy and to a higher degree, his inability to read a defense is why he’s failed thus far.
