Looking for 2 tickets for the Fiesta Bowl. Going to stick around my home in Scottsdale now instead of being able to travel and would like to go with the Mrs. Will pay up to $250 a piece. Go Blue!
I don’t understand the idea that Mich should win the game.
Ohio State is the better team.
They’ve pounded Mich in recent history, regardless of location. If not seen a game in the Harbaugh era where the refs have been on his side. The run game/old school football offense has not worked against OSU. Receiving corp is weaker than previous years. Mich has to force turnovers or create enough pressure that it forces bad passes that Stroud usually completes.
Hopeful for a win, but we lost to Michigan State. Not sure why that gives confidence in this team beating a superior team.
What an embarrassment. I never thought I’d miss the Rich Rod days, but here I am. That’s how tired I am of watching this sorry excuse for offensive coaching,
Let’s go after all of the 3 star programs, and say they are just as good as the 5 star programs, and that they are equal because they will develop here.
I don’t know if I’m just getting older, but I become less and less interested in college football by the day. At least until the playoff is expanded, you have about 3 teams with a chance to win it all. It’s not a good product right now, or at bare minimum I’m “buying” a lot less than I used to.
Yeah, agreed with you. In November, the conference agreed that winning percentage would be used to determine the regular-season champion in basketball. End of story.
I hear you, but with all the things going on I am going to focus on the positives today. While not a victory on the field, getting a highly ranked recruit from an in-state rival is a win for the day in my opinion.
Totally agree, but for today I am going to enjoy the victory. I am usually very cynical but for today at least, things feel like they are starting to get back in the right direction.
I'd argue that for some college athletes, the sole purpose of attending college is to make it to the pros. They come from bad situations and are trying to get out from that. That is being taken away from them, so I get where they are coming from trying to play at all costs.
I think you are definitely right that gyms not being open helps them for sure and their subscriber revenue is going to be revenue predictions. I think they are in great shape for this year. I tend to look for stocks for the long term. I think actually part of the appeal is its for serious riders and $ makes it more of an elite company (Lululemon buyers). Short term cheaper bike helps sales, but they have to be careful what that does with the brand. Full disclosure my wife has a Peloton and she loves it and the workouts, so I can attest to the community appeal.
I worry about Peloton. While they definitely have a following, its a niche market and I think they hit a cap on earnings. I have seen a ton of competitors enter their space as well. They do have first movers advantage and brand recognition in that space, but how much more revenue can they actually get without expanding into other verticals? I seriously debated buying them a month ago and this was the argument against for me.
I'm with you on the six is ideal. One thing I love about college football is that every game matters. You do six teams. 5 conference champs and one at large. First weekend 1 and 2 have no game. #3 plays #6 and #4 plays #5.
Like everyone here, I could watch this a million times. Reaction vid link here, its ok but live at the game reaction at 2:21 that I hadnt seen https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QpmWExhkOFw. Also Celine at the end.

This kind of reminds me of the Gary announcement when Clemson got a late push, but ended up staying with his original committment. I think the same holds true Anoma and he sticks with Bama.
While they are hardly on the same level as the other Power 5 conferences, it's actually a godo marketing move. People are commenting and discussing it, which is better of the normal of just toiling in obscurity and going unnoticed for an entire summer.
I'm with you on the Crawford downplay. He was higher ranked WR (rating, pos, and overall on 24/7) than Martin and Collins. He also had a higher composite score than Tarik Black. Black 0.9417, Crawford 0.9425. I mean I absolutely love recuiting but I think its important to keep things in perspective.
Anyone have a Najee Harris or jersey update for the upcoming season? My inside sources tell me Rashan Gary is transferring to Georgia and Harbaugh has reportedly looking at housing in East Lansing.
I believe the main purpose for this practice is to increase efficiency, reduce the number of manual inputs and reduce errors. Because its a manual process to add an applicant to the system and then add someone accepted/enrolled, that creates two potential input areas and a much higher likelihood of human error with inconsistencies, spelling errors, etc. Emails are typically the unique identifier they use in systems so it also creates a massive database everyone who has applied, enrolled, graduated, etc. Thats particularly helpful because its centralized and can be passed between systems throughout the various parts of the university if the data is standardized.

Michigan State is getting the Michigan treatment today. Maybe they will use up all of their points this week?
It may be our only hope.
Late in the season, late in games. Harbaugh’s teams turtle.

In fairness, Franz wasn't the highest ranked German player that year. https://247sports.com/Season/2019-Basketball/CompositeRecruitRankings/?InstitutionGroup=Highschool&State=GERM

Is this another Scott's Tots promise?
Warde: Who's got it better than us?
Jim: Nobody.
Too little, too late.

"Today, more than half of all NFL players come from a county with a poverty rate higher than the national average. Nearly 70 percent of NFL players are African-American, and face a much higher likelihood of being in poverty than most demographic groups. The average household income for an African-American family hovers roughly around $40,000 a year, making NFL salaries particularly tempting. When a player is making the decision of whether an NFL career is worth the risk, it depends on who you ask and where they’re from."

How to beat Ohio State = play NCAA 14.
This being a posted topic
Especially to teams in Ohio.

How I feel about my posting abilites.
About every highly ranked potential recruit actually coming to michigan this class.
The Wolverines are 4-6 in November and bowl season during that time, and in all six of those losses they held a second-half lead.
Michigan’s offense this season bumbled and fumbled away victories (outscored 37-0 in the fourth quarters of their five losses)

The only kind of track he has been on
I thought this was an article on Hoke and his exquisite track record.
