It is something else how the fucking NFL has fewer commercials than college games.

This is a beef I have across multiple types of football.

4-ish minutes before halftime or game. You are trying to drive to score. 

And so many teams that use running the football as an integral part of their offense let 2 minutes of the clock drain away over 3 downs. 

Why not use your normal offense but play hurry-up and get two "balanced" series out of it? Stress the defense with the run game, with play action. It's your offense and you're good at it, use it.

One might argue "don't want to leave too much time for the other team," but Pat Mahomes just got the ball back with 2:02, which is all the time he needs anyway. At least run your normal offense for a couple sets of downs before you go 2-minute.

Lions are looking OK so far. They've had their chances and are hanging tough. Let's see how tough they truly are.

I thought the O tackle on Hutch’s side came out of his stance early. But again, KC obviously doesn’t commit penalties. Detroit vs Everyone

That's why you don't accept the holding penalty but leave them in 4th down.

Mahomies legs and ability to extend plays are the difference, as is usual. There is a reason he is so good. Otherwise DET is playing them toe to toe. Just get the feeling the dam is gonna break though. Especially after the lions left some points out there.

If Det can't pull it off I just hope the 'SOL' crowd stays quiet for at least a week. No shame in losing this game, especially if they play tough. 

Yeah, Mahomes and the Chiefs have that explosive element the Lions just don't yet.

The margin of error between winning and losing an athletic contest is generally very thin. This team just makes so many "little" mistakes.

The Lions are doomed until they upload Aaron Glenn. They have such a good young OC and such a bad old DC. 

If Hutchinson was getting a fair whistle, he'd have like 2-3 sacks and 3-4 pressures at the half

I think the lions are playing well. The environmen,or magnitude of being on display for the whole league hasn’t changed them. Outside of the fumble, we have played the defending champs straight up even. I do believe the Chiefs get away with tons of holding and are treated much like the Packers as far as officiating goes. Detroit vs Everyone 

Final score will be something like 31-14 Chiefs
