Thursday Night NFL Opener - Lions v. KC

Mates,
NFL starts tonight and the Lions are in KC to start the season against the Chiefs.  I think the point spread is 4.5 pts, and I'm told the Chiefs are going to be without their all-everything TE, Kelce.

I can't tell you much about either roster other than of course Hutchinson playing for our hometown Lions.

I think the Lions will have a respectable season but tough, tough way to open the season on the road vs. the defending Super Bowl champs.

Who is going to win tonight?

And for the Fantasy Football folks, do you have anyone playing tonight?

Go Lions, March on down that Field!

Not even counting the RT leaving 1/2 second early (Taylor Decker was one of the first tackles to start doing that) - the KC RT constantly popping up/down & flinching a leg for 10 seconds before the snap is embarrassing for the game overall... how egregious does something have to be for the TV crew to have a whole fucking reel of it put together at halftime?...

3 and out from inside the 10 is no way to call an offense...  Since the fumble it's been ugly.  Not sure Marvin needs to see the field for a bit - he's been a big liability so far.

Who has a test of the emergency broadcast system during a Lions possession in the second half of a one score game against the defending champions. I do! Thanks for keeping me safe but couldn’t you find a better time? Like 2:30 am!

The NFL is still a joke when it comes to giving advantages to the top teams. The Chiefs right tackle is clearly not on the line of scrimmage not to mention he is moving early on every play. Officials are just looking the other way.
