To me it reads the agreement is with Moore and the recruiting ban is part of it.
It does not say the Harbaugh issue has been negotiated or agreed.

It's not an informative title at all. It's completely incorrect. Angelique said on twitter she has no idea why anyone would think this situation is completely resolved. The paywalled link that OP posted (that apparently no one is able to read) says nothing of the sort that the situation is resolved.

In addition to the story having issues, I fail to see how Harbaugh serving a three game suspension, Moore a one game suspension and recruits not being able to attend the first two games would have been considered a win over two different points of view.
I appreciate that the University is not inclined to stand up to the NCAA or file a suit with Tom Mars or another competent attorney against the next to worthless NCAA. I seethe when I think what went down with Tennessee and how that State's AG stood up to the NCAA for some serious level infractions and how mighty Michigan bows down and capitulates.

Edit: Some posters seem to think the above is Gloating which it is not. But people read what they want to read. Don’t be an asshat. Your observation appears biased by your own personal feelings. You need to read more carefully. I am neither a hater or fan of Warde. And my initial observation is completely valid.
This thread was all rosy about a supposed “resolution” when I first posted. I, like everyone else, could not see the actual article behind the the paywall.
But it was impossible to not notice the hypocrisy between when the first self imposed announcement that came out about a week ago where nearly every other comment in that thread was a neg on Warde, and this thread where (at the time) every comment was 100% congratulatory about the claimed resolution but there was not 1 mention of Warde. Not one. That’s called an observation not gloating. And it’s valid even though there was no resolution.
