I think you got too much offense for Michigan Washington.
Otherwise I agree.
September 11th, 2021 at 11:36 AM ^
Wow, I think the OSU v Oregon game is going to be a lot closer than that. I was not impressed with OSU against Minnesota. Also I think Michigan is going to win by more than 3
September 11th, 2021 at 11:49 AM ^
Oregon needs Thibodeaux to keep it close, and I wish he was playing. Without him, I don't think Oregon will keep it close past mid-3rd quarter.
Washington certainly laid an egg last week, but it's still a talented team and they are going to play hangry tonight. Your boys in blue are going to take them more seriously on the field than a large portion of the M fan base that has already determined this game a win. It will be interesting to see how many big plays Michigan can get against this defense because it will be among the best 3 or 4 defenses M will play all season.

We will see. It was very clear that Stroud is nowhere near the QB Fields was and Minnesota was in control for a majority of that game due to OSU's shaky defense. Oregon is more talented than Minnesota
September 11th, 2021 at 2:00 PM ^
Yes, Oregon is better than Minnesota and the Ducks played a very good first half.
Also true that Stroud is nowhere near Fields (who can be?)...he's not throwing downfield much and when he does his throws are often high and dangerous.
I wouldn't say that Minnesota was in control a majority of the game...they had a great 14-0 2nd quarter; the rest of the game was 45-17.
Day is great with halftime adjustments. Saw it last week again too. OSU has work to do to win today's game; they're still trying to settle in Stroud as a QB. We'll see what adjustments Day makes on O for the 2nd half.
September 11th, 2021 at 2:34 PM ^
**Checks play clock, 7:30 3rd quarter...
**Checks score, Oregon 28, OSU 14...
**Channels Mike Dermatornio, thinks about Pride something something, Fall something something...
**Knocks on wood and hopes he didn't just jinx it...

This may not age well but...... you’re losing right now
September 11th, 2021 at 2:56 PM ^
Buckeye chuck be like ? wishing Thibodeaux were playing
September 11th, 2021 at 5:00 PM ^
The aging process of this post produced a really foul smell.
September 11th, 2021 at 11:39 AM ^
I hope Oregon OSU is a fight to the death where both sides lose
September 11th, 2021 at 11:44 AM ^
Michigan 24-16
Ohio State 49-14
Iowa St 21 - 17

Post of the year, right here. Lol
September 11th, 2021 at 11:59 AM ^
Michigan/Washington = Monkey Rodeo
OSU/Oregon = Bloodbath - OSU wins big .. OU missing their best player plus early start on EST.. woof.
Iowa/ISU = Corn

Welp happy to be wrong but also the main reason I don't gamble on sports... I am usually wrong ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Shoe doesn't look full.
September 11th, 2021 at 12:06 PM ^
A lot of empty seats at OSU
September 11th, 2021 at 12:09 PM ^
Michigan: wins and covers 27-17
Ohio State: wins and covers 46-22
Iowa: wins 18-16 in an El Assico classic
September 11th, 2021 at 12:09 PM ^
Of course Oregon would be down their two dear defensive players for this game.
September 11th, 2021 at 12:09 PM ^
24-17 Michigan (aka 'Good Guys'). 38-14 OSU. 21-17 Iowa.
Changed my mind already. Feeling a new vibe. 34-10 Good guys. OSU in a dog fight now, probably prevail 28-21, though it really looks like a toss up late in second quarter.
September 11th, 2021 at 12:13 PM ^
Early throws by Stroud look good as long as they are under 5 yrds, anything over seems to be well overhead.
September 11th, 2021 at 12:14 PM ^
I feel like we're going to pound the crap out of Washington tonight. Final score 34 - 17.
September 11th, 2021 at 1:30 PM ^
I agree and approve
September 11th, 2021 at 12:15 PM ^
Good guys 31-17
Evil guys 45-10
Cyclone guys 28-21

Michigan makes a statement and starts fast and early, we see the future in the speed of Corum, Henning and Wilson.
44-13 good guys.

Washington 20-10. This is the EXACT kind of game Harbaugh always loses
OSU 31-10, although it is looking encouraging for O through 1
Iowa 10-7. Double the Iowa, double the bland, boring game
Edit: FYI - I negged myself for picking Washington. Feel free to pile on!
September 11th, 2021 at 2:23 PM ^
All is good. Harbaugh will have to prove himself this season. A win over Washington would be a decent and encouraging start. Jim does win at home at night.
September 11th, 2021 at 1:35 PM ^
Oregon is putting up a respectable performance to make up for the Pac 12's week one

Oregon wins by 10

September 11th, 2021 at 2:11 PM ^
77yd run!!! Go Ducks. 21-7 to start the 2nd half.
September 11th, 2021 at 2:19 PM ^
I like 3TD + 2FG=27 for Michigan vs 2TD + 1FG=17 for Washington. Am showing a little more respect for the Washington defense. Michigan plays a better second half.
OSU 45 Oregon 28
Iowa 28 IA ST 21.
September 11th, 2021 at 2:37 PM ^
Ohio State’s defensive backs have been absolutely stinky in this game so far
September 11th, 2021 at 2:50 PM ^
I would have said Michigan wins easily today but if OSU loses, in true Michigan style, Michigan will say, “hold my beer”
September 11th, 2021 at 3:14 PM ^
As bad as Ohio looks Oregon looks that good. Impressed.
September 11th, 2021 at 3:16 PM ^
Uh, OSU not playing any D against the run…
September 11th, 2021 at 3:26 PM ^
Oregon is going to blow it. I’ve seen this story way too many times before. Somehow the stars are going to align for OSU as they always do.
September 11th, 2021 at 3:52 PM ^
Luckily, this didn’t age well.
September 11th, 2021 at 4:10 PM ^
Crystal ball might need polishing there.
September 11th, 2021 at 3:47 PM ^
Don't look it in the eyes, but Ohio State is down a score with less than 3 minutes to go
September 11th, 2021 at 4:18 PM ^
I predict Oregon wins.
September 11th, 2021 at 4:48 PM ^
Let's see...
I've got:
Michigan - 31
Washington - 26
Iowa - 0
Iowa State - 0
(game called due to extreme boredom)
Oh, and:
Oregon - 35
Ohio State - 28.
:-)

I say the Husky OL don't get the pads low enough and struggle with the run with the passing game no better than WMs.
They get some pressure on Cade but not enough to hold the M Offense
Michigan 34 Washington 17
