Possible NCAA violation committed?

AJ received this cool MICHIGAN sign as a gift for his commitment from the Cullian Family, who are Michigan Alums! How cool! The power of the 〽️!

Jeebus.

I mean, it's not like they embezzled money from their neighbourhood foundation and then gave it to the parent of this young man...

They gave him a legacy 'Split M' logo (thereby happily upsetting WD's foil Dave Brandon)

NCAA, where you can buy linemen or QB's but god help the kids if it's stretching or a neighbour's gift? Such bs

depends on their roles as alums, as they can be considered boosters. In which case yes, the university is responsible for the actions of boosters.

Now while it may seem harmless, it isn’t up to us to decide that. At the very least, the coaching staff needs to self-report this to the compliance office and leave it for the NCAA to decide.

Michigan literally gives out hundreds of dollars of clothing, shoes, and other accessories to recruits, but this is what you choose to focus on?
