Awesome news. This just shows that none of us really know anything because we thought of the 3 amigos it would have been him most likely going pro with either Tarik or DPJ staying.

I'm surprised, I thought DPJ would stay and Collins would go pro. When DPJ left, I thought both were gone. I'm glad he decided to stay and I hope he gets a lot of yards and TDs  next season as our top WR.

This is a pleasant surprise.

Related: I can't imagine that the Harbaugh regime's culture is too toxic if NFL-ready guys like Nico are signing up for more of it.

Yup. Michigan has lost five types of games under Harbaugh.

1. Tough road openers (Utah/ND)

2. Ohio State

3. Road games against good Big Ten teams (Wisky x2, PSU x2)

4. Bullshit home games against MSU

5. Bowl games

Depends on how good Washington and Minnesota are next year.

I’d say 10-1 or 9-2 heading into Columbus is most likely with losses at Washington and maybe at Minnesota.

Wisconsin loses Taylor. PSU loses a lot on D and I’m not convinced by Clifford. New OC as well.

Next years team is stacked at wr my goodness. We have a big we in Collins with a bunch of fast twitchy wr I’m excited if the oline/qb  can develop they’ll have a special offense

Nico only had 37 catches this year. He needs to have at least 60 this year. This is no reason why someone like him can't have 6/7 catches a game. I think for our offense to be where it needs to be, we need to have a 1000 yrd rusher and receiver.

Sadly, yes.  Gallon was our last 1,000 yard receiver in 2013.  Only had one (Darboh, 2016) over 800 yards since then.  Bleh.

With the Gattis offense installed, I'd expect 2020 to be Michigan's most prolific passing season of all time, topping the previous record of 3,520.  This assumes that our QB is at least decent, which feels like a pretty sure bet given our options.

Great decision by him. Absolutely loaded WR class and he can shape his body & craft to become a 1-2 rounder.

Could be an exciting O in 2020. Take the top off the D with Wilson and Henning so Nico can work the CB with no safety help. Strong RB group.
