McSorley hurts knee, currently out of game against Iowa

Great bye week game!

McSorley went down in the 2nd quarter and is out of the game.  Looks to be a knee sprain.  May impact our game next week.

Iowa controls its destiny with a win.  They look like a great matchup for UM in the B1G championship...  Solid defense with a non-mobile QB that we should be able to shut down.

14-14 deep into the 2nd quarter.

Of course, none of this matters until we beat Ohio State!

Was I imagining things, or did Franklin first try to call a TO after change of possession on the fumble, and then a few seconds later ice his own kicker. Is he the worst in-game coach ever or what??

In Franklin’s defense, they were about to get a delay of game when he called the timeout “icing” his kicker. In his non-defense, it was because he took too long to send out the kicker.

For anyone who didn’t watch the game, the TV crew missed that the play clock was running low and had a hysterical conversation trying to get anyone who had an idea what the hell Franklin was doing.

Iowa is trying to give psu the game, they keep throwing it 3 times straight in the downpour.. much like we tried doing last year.

Looks like they are trying to run a bit now but they aren't mixing in any play action.  It's either all pass or all run.

The entire west devision leaders are all the same.  NW, Wiscy, & Iowa are all solid defensively but lack offensive balance.  They either have a good running game and can't throw or vice versa.  None will consistently beat good teams on the road.  All should be wins for whomever comes out of the east.  But, UM still has to take care of PSU & OSU to get there.

Wisconsin giving up 26 points a game in conference.

NW giving up 21.

Iowa giving up just under 21 with time left to play in this game.

Considering the underwhelming offenses in the West, I'm not sure that they are all solid defensively.

This post title seems to be cheering for the fact that McSorley got injured, which I'm not a fan of, but if he is out for our game then that would make things easier

Yes, then he comes back to run 50 yards for a TD and win the game.  Tackle Trace is the key nothing else matters versus PSU.  They suck as a team.  Iowa just chocked at the end.

Michigan wins next week and..

Spoiler Alert!: it isn’t even close.

Nate “Lewerke” Stanley almost led Iowa to victory at Happy Valley.  Imagine what Shea Patterson, DPJ, Collins, Higdon, and Black are going to do...
