McSorley hurts knee, currently out of game against Iowa

Great bye week game!

McSorley went down in the 2nd quarter and is out of the game.  Looks to be a knee sprain.  May impact our game next week.

Iowa controls its destiny with a win.  They look like a great matchup for UM in the B1G championship...  Solid defense with a non-mobile QB that we should be able to shut down.

14-14 deep into the 2nd quarter.

Of course, none of this matters until we beat Ohio State!

Yea I mean not to sound like a slappy, but I think we run away with this game.

Mcsorley is depended upon to do way too much this year.  Hamilton, Gisicke, and Barkley were all elite talents at their positions.  All Mcsorley has to do was get it to them.  That’s not the case this year.  Miles sanders is a good player but Don Browns agressive style is perfect to stop the trace rungsme, miles rungame, and disrupt what little passing they have.  I think they are going to have a hard tome moving them ball.

And on defense I don’t think they will be able to stop our run game.  Not after I saw what we did to MSU on the road.  With a bye week at home!?  Michigan - 42. PSU - 17

Psu is such a weird team to me. They haven’t been passing the eyeball test but their advanced stats are pretty great. My rankings system has them as a ~ 6-7 point underdog to us on the road and the #8 team and us as #5.

I think the PSU defense is ok. But I think our run game should be able to wear them down.

On offense they don't have much of a run game outside of McSorely. I like our CB's to lock down their WR's. If the defense contains big runs/scrambles from McSorely or that other QB, I see them having a hard time scoring much.

The biggest thing I'm worried about is the team being sluggish after a bye week.
