Let's talk football again! What do you want to see from the offense vs. Penn State?

Isaiah Hole has mentioned for a few weeks that the offense has been holding things back until they play Penn State. I think we could see QB/RB/WR packages for Orji, Semaj Morgan lined up in a set with Roman Wilson, and consistent deep shots that we haven't yet seen. What special looks do you think we will (or want to) see from the offense?

Huh?  Glad the OP isn't coaching.  There is no way Orji is seeing the field when JJ is fully capable of running.  Can you imagine the blowback when Orji fumbles and the game swings?  How dumb of a move would that look like in retrospect.  If anything like that was coming, they would have been showing Orji-Cat in these blowouts and never having him throw.  Then letting him throw against PSU.

1. I hope we don't see Orji in ar QB unless the game is out of hand.  To raw for such a big moment.

2. I think we see more gap schemes from the run game.

3. I think we may see a little more JJ running.

I want to see the offensive line push PSU's excellent run defense around with such ease that Ryan Day calls his brother to come hold him and tell him he's not soft repeatedly.

Would like to see at least the threat of a JJ zone read in this game.  A couple big third down JJ runs to give Cryin' Ryan something to think about...

F Ohio.  Beat PSU.

Just when I start to think "x's and o's", my head goes to more wondering about the psyche of the team. If they come out really sharp, that will be a testament to one of the best coaches jobs I have ever seen and some of the best team leadership I've ever seen.

My gut tells me between Mike, Blake, and JJ as very vocal and strong leaders they come out swinging. I'm glad they got to play last week because nothing has materially happened since then so hopefully they've been able to calm themselves and regroup after last week (a well played game, but a little rust).

I want both the Michigan offense and defense to leave absolutely no doubt we're the far superior team. I don't care what the final margin of victory might be, only that the CFB world regrets poking the Wolver-bear.

How JJ deals with pressure from PSU DL.

How the OTs will deal against multiple good pass rushers from the EDGEs.

Can Michigan run game get going since they hasn't been able to do so?
- I think it's due to OL's not as good as the last two years, Corum losing his wiggle compared to last year and Donovan isn't nearly as good of a runner as Corum. If PSU can make them one dimensional and make JJ work for it, Michigan offense could be in for a long day.
