Eyabi Anoma late drama

Submitted by ThatGuyCeci on

Michigan men and women of MGoBlog.. there is late smoke that Anoma is leaning to Michigan as noted by Brian on the front page, according to Sam Webb and Brian Dohn at 24/7.  Announcment time is 2pm eastern.. could be the biggest signing day upset in favor of UM in recent memory.. possibly even the top flip pro UM of all time. 100% crystal balls are on Bama at this time.

EDIT: trolled again, nothing to see here.

Just man up to the fact you were wrong and deal with it.  Everyone knows it's not a done deal in your eyes unless your gut tells you.  When you delete it, it makes people think you were going off of unreliable intel and draws into question anything you say after that.

Besides...everyone knew he wasn't coming here.

It's like that quote from The Waterboy: the only thing better than a crawfish dinner is five crawfish dinners. Same principle applies to Saban and Meyer. The only thing better than five national championships is six national championships.

Sure, in the grand scheme they have nothing left to prove. But those two would tell you different. I'm sure Saban is also motivated by passing Bear Bryant, or at least tying him. Which he could do this year if he wins it all.

But yeah I'm with you: I don't care so much about Saban retiring, but I'm ready for OSU to go back to having a decent to good coach vs. two straight all time great coaches. The incredible strokes of luck that program has had is mind-boggling.

Keeps pumping the SEC hype machine. It’s all kids see when they watch ESPN. I live in SEC country so it’s twice as insufferable. The only hope is that a couple other teams can keep beating them out for the big prize and maybe kids will start going elsewhere. Thats why I find myself rooting for teams Iike Clemson and Ok just so the SEC doesn’t win. It’s already started with basketball as well, the SEC hoops hype machine is hot and heavy.

All the “bagman” comments with regard to Alabama needs to stop. It’s not surprising that a kid would choose to play football at Alabama over Michigan at this point. It’s the decision that most would make if you didn’t have a preexisting connection to Michigan.

If we lose a kid to a shitty school, then okay, bagmen do exist. Alabama doesn’t need yo pay a kid to get him to go there in most cases.
