Dax Hill recruitment: lemon eaters need to come forward and pay the piper (update)

I was fully expecting a lot of backtracking, but was happy with those who stepped up and fulfilled their  "citrus commitment".  I think its worth noting that video and/pictures are needed to prove that you did.

Updates are as follows:

RockinLoud: I will suck a bag of dick-shaped lemon flavored candies if he flips back to UM

(Update: Has apparently ordered dick-shaped lemon flavored candies (or something similar).  Let's follow-up on this.  Should be in interesting video)

B1G or Bust: I will suck a bag of lemon-shaped dick flavored candies if he flips.

(Update: answering with somewhat of a cop-out, he donated to the Prostate Cancer Foundation instead.  I'll take it.)

Perkis-Size Me: I'll eat a lemon and shit myself simultaneously if he comes back.

(Update: We haven't heard a peep from him and hasn't posted since the OP.  This it probably one of more interesting promises, so we should keep a pulse on his posting and call him out in other threads.  My guess is that he'll back out of his commitment and create a new account to avoid backlash.)

I Like Burgers: I will eat a bag of lemons the day Michigan flips a 5-star Bama commit.

Motives: I am of the same sentiment, lol.  (meaning that he will follow I Like Burgers' lead)

(Update: says his post was in jest, but will own up to it.  No video/pics yet to prove it)

Adrian: ll see his bag of lemons and raise another bag, mostly because i like lemons

DCGrad: I will take a lemon too to help with this.

(Update: has decided to eat a lemon or donate to Chad Tough.  Haven't seen proof of a decision either way)

Alumnus93: What?  No way it's same as Solomon.... Hill doesn't live in Alabama does he? Why on Earth would he have to hide a Michigan committment?  I don't buy this..at all.... I'll gladly eat a lemon if wrong. (I like lemons)

Is there any chance that we'll ever get more details on this whole recruitment? He recommitted to Michigan the next day? Crazy! Obviously the info may be sensitive or may have been shared in confidence, in which case it should just remain a mystery to those of us without good connections. But I'd definitely be interested in hearing more. 

(And I know the murmurs are that he was worried Harbaugh was leaving, and then was reassured that this wasn't the case. Even if that's true it's still a little strange--did he try to confirm the rumors before switching his commitment?)

Right here, pal. I think its in my best interest, and as well as in the best interest of everyone here, that I don't post a video of me shitting myself. I'm sure you can imagine that was a little bit of hyperbole on my part. But I definitely own up to what I said. 

I'll send off a $20 donation to either Mott or Chad Tough and call it a day.

I love how ih8losing is eating his lemon in his kitchen, his kid (off camera) says "Where's mom?" and he signals towards the basement and that's it. The kid doesn't say, "Hey dad -- why are you eating a lemon and recording it?"

Kids can be very perceptive occasionally, but usually they are oblivious to how dumb we adults are.

son was 100% oblivious  and from his point of view, he couldn't really tell what I was eating. As for the wife... a simple "I lost a bet" was as far as I went LOL Shake of the head and a sigh followed. 

I was certainly pretty negative about the prospect of Hill re-committing. That said, I must admit I had some fun with it yesterday and Kudos to the OP for calling us out on it.

 

Maybe we all need to eat a lemon ahead of the OSU game next year? Would make for a great fundraiser/tailgate event.

Hi. It me.  The original "I'll eat bag of lemons" guy.

As much as I would be down for eating a bag of lemons and posting a vid of myself doing that, I work somewhere where I'd kinda rather not post a video of myself online doing that since there's a good chance that gets weird for me professionally.  So I'm still deciding whether or not I really want to post a video of myself doing that, or if I do the donate to a charity thing.
