I generally don't spend much time paying attention to the CBs, but it seems as if you're right; Biggins seems like the one to get.
On a side note, I noticed one guy with a 66% overall accuracy rate with his CBs. I think I, with zero insider information, just looking at each player's page could achieve a similar, almost 50/50 accuracy with my guesses. Perhaps this guy is in the wrong line of work.

I think CB’s from Biggins and Wiltfong are big news. Both of those guys are known for getting solid inside information and placing CB’s based on the information, unlike a lot of guys. I understand if you don’t agree, but I think it’s pretty big news.
