On a side note does the fact that their crowd is still standing and this into the game not an embarrassment? It would be like standing up and screaming in the fourth quarter of the Indiana football game this year.

I think my happy hangover from the football championships has allowed me to settle for an apathetic view of M hoops.  I just don’t care anymore.  Any other year and I’d be ballistic with the state of hoops.

I’ve deliberately refrained from posting from from the beginning of this game to see what this staff could possibly do to right this ship. My observation is that Rutgers, yes Rutgers, is punking us from the opening tip. Juwan has no answers, and constructed a terrible assortment of pieces. Rutgers is punking us, let that settle in people. More than Warde needs to go. This is beyond embarrassing.

My grandmother moved in with me three years ago and I converted her from OSU to Michigan fandom. We watched every football and basketball game together. She died in October. Thankfully the football championship through watching games provided a sort therapeutic experience in getting back into enjoying sports because this basketball season has just been unwatchable.

Down by 30 to Rutgers.....this is despicable. I don't give a sh*t if he's 70 or not.....beg Beilein to come back.....no decent coach will touch this program/roster right now. The man loves UM and actually can coach.

hell no he did his job and put in years to resurrect a broken program.  He deserves peace.  You sound like a guy who wants Dantonio back at his old age at MSU.  JB deserves a statue not being asked at his age to kill himself.  He left CBB due to all his players leaving at first chance they could and transfers and all that.

Let him live in peace.  I wouldnt wish this shit on such a nice man.

Somehow having Dug out there produced the worst offensive performance by this team in a season of awful offensive performances.

Honestly, at some point I'm almost impressed that the universe has coordinated so thoroughly to shit on this team.  It's amazing.

The lows of this season historically are that currently there are only 4 seasons that were worse by %. That’s the good news. The bad news is if they lose out it will be the 2nd worse season by win % in Michigan basketball history. Only the 1959-1960 team would be worse with their .167 percentage.

Well, one fun thing to take away from the game is that each team scored the exact same number of points in each half. I've never seen that before.

The rest is garbage, though, and everyone here has pretty much said what needs to be said..

The Wolverines are now guaranteed to finish in last place in the Big Ten for the first time since 1966-67 season, when they won only 2 of 14 conference games. This was the year before Rudy Tomjonovich was a freshman.

god bless any of you who watch this pathetic product.  you are true believers and when one day Michigan returns to any sort of ability to you know be .500 in the B10 you deserve it.  Juwan has destroyed the program.  But he is Chicago strong.

Watching our elite recruiting class (/sarcasm) getting destroyed by nobodies from Nebraska next year and losing by 35 in AA to everyone is going to be great.   But we are Chicago tough boys!

Just by statistics we will win 3-4 B10 games next year.   Look at talent on the roster and let us know how we win more than 4 next year.  Its a total implosion.  Ellerbe is impressed with how it has been destroyed.

As an aside, are there any people in America who feel the need to constantly point out where they're from more than Chicagoans? And they do it in contexts where it makes no sense whatsoever. Example: "Godfather 2 was better than Godfather 1. Trust me, I'm from Chicago."

(all due respect to any Chicagoans on here)
