AP: Stalions Filed No Expense Reports w/Michigan

AP’s Larry Lage did a FOIA request to find any expense reports filed by Connor Stalions, and was told no such reports exist, further demonstrating that no other Michigan staffers or coaches were involved in his scheme:

ANN ARBOR, Mich. (AP) — Connor Stalions, the former Michigan staffer at the center of sign-stealing investigation by the NCAA, did not file any expense reports during the 17 months he was formally employed by the football program, according to the school.

The Associated Press filed a Freedom of Information Act request for Stalions’ expense reports while he was employed from May 2022 through Nov. 3, 2023. There are no responsive records, Patricia Sellinger, chief freedom of information officer at the school, replied in an email sent Wednesday.

At this point I’m growing more concerned about the precedent set by the B1G with this initial suspension. If it turns out that UM/Harbaugh are granted the TRO, or if the cumulative infractions do not warrant a suspension from the NCAA, what type of retribution should be applied? You can replace $$ or recruit #s but not the in-game coaching experience that Pettiti is clamoring for. This is absurd and in fact quite dangerous for other coaches in the league.

That's one interpretation -- and considering how everything else was handled, probably the correct one. However, it's not going to placate anybody -- they'll just claim that he was paid off the books.

With all these conspiracies how certain are we that the B1G won’t accuse Jim Harbaugh of actually being JFKs assassin while he was in his Mothers womb one month before his birth in December of 1963?  I can see Stephen A, all other B1G ADs and OSU supporting media making the case that it’s been proven, end of story and that Coach should be charged with a National Security Breach and immediately jailed and sentenced for such a egregious act as a baby not yet born.

For me the greatest leap of faith, and the one that makes the Kennedy Assassination the only "conspiracy theory" I subscribe to, is that for Oswald to have committed the crime, his THIRD SHOT would have to have been the kill shot.

That is nearly impossible with a bolt action rifle firing at the speed necessary for the timing to work. If Oswald did it, he's the luckiest shot in human history.
