On a side note my son was born in Tokyo and raised in San Diego. Because of that Sparty wasn't as prominent in his brain so he didn't include them.
One final note, the easiest colors for red green color blind people to see are blue and yellow.

I visited it during my orientation before attending school my freshman year. Later during my senior year at Michigan I read an article in The Daily saying that only 20% of graduating students visited the art museum.
I thought great now I only have a 20% chance of graduating.
Wow. I don't know much about wrestling but that was exciting and fun to watch. The announcer said Sergio was ranked 19th in the country. Woods is a two time All American and undefeated this year going into the match. Quite the upset.

Also, Sergio is a true freshman which makes it even more incredible.
Wishing Gatlin the best. Hope he gets the most out of his mission. It will be a great life experience. A lot can happen in two years. Hope he changes his mind by then.
Does the NCAA keep track of the NIL spend and the donors? I'm very curious to what OSU is spending. Going on that $13 million quote by Day over a year ago, I'd guess it's closer to $20 million now. Just spit ballin' of course.

Yes, they are in my particular situation. We bought two acres on a six acre pond, located next to a 25 acre lake about 4 miles east of Lake Michigan. What we paid is nothing like buying on Lake Michigan.
The property is heavily wooded and very serene. That's what we wanted.
Also, I have one son who is finishing up grad school and I don't have to factor in the schooling side of your equation.
I should add that property taxes are higher on the west side of the state (Lake Michigan) compared to the east side (Lake Huron).
When I was a kid one of my friends invited me to their second home on Lake Huron. I found more Petoskey stones than I could shake a stick at. When I visited Petoskey the only ones I could find were ones for sale in tourist shops.
I bought some property in Manistee in 2020. I live in Ventura, California. Sitting on the property like a snake in the weeds. Hoping to build sooner or later. Want to end up doing the half here, half there thing.

Chargers' ownership and management have been generationally dysfunctional.
We all love Jim but he ain't the easiest guy to get along with, and with the clowns running the Chargers, it's not the best fit. Not to say that if anyone can turn the Chargers around it's Jim.
Hopefully Jim decides to stay at Michigan.
That being said it's his life, his wife and family, and his aspirations. Hopefully the UM administration can get things in order to make Jim's choice less difficult.
I agree with you but if JJ had stayed one more year he would still have half the pass attempts of other college QB leaders. It's just the way Michigan is. I would have preferred he stayed for my own selfishness but it's time for JJ to spread his wings.
I echo what another poster saying that if he falls a bit further down in the draft compared to the leading QBs drafted, he may land with a more stable team with better personnel.
