OT: Phoenix Open bikini brief streaker
The Phoenix Open is notorious for raucous crowds. A little levity for the board.

This dude may have some eligibility left.

Now that's a serious mullet. I was watching the broadcast when this occurred and of course they wouldn't show it but the announcers did have some grins on their faces.

What some people will do for attention.... and a youtube video with 100,000 clicks.
February 14th, 2023 at 1:00 PM ^
People have done a lot less for a lot more clicks. And he did it without trying to sell me on a hair loss product on his instagram.
February 14th, 2023 at 1:24 PM ^
100,000 clicks gives you a nice piece of coin if you can monetize it.
February 14th, 2023 at 2:13 PM ^
From what I understand 1 million clicks nets you about $5-6000
February 14th, 2023 at 8:55 PM ^
I clicked, but I haven't had Facebook in like 10 years...so I can't watch. Oh well.
February 14th, 2023 at 8:47 AM ^
Have to give him credit for execution and style.

The water in the pond that he jumped into is not fresh, it's reclaimed. Not suitable for humans to swim. It's also good that he belly flopped instead of diving. That water probably is not very deep.
Arizona Police said in a statement: 'We actually did a public service announcement video on our YouTube and our social media channels about staying out of the water and why.
'The water is reclaimed water. It's not inherently dangerous, but it's not meant for human consumption, and it's not meant for humans to go into.
'And so we want the message to be clear that people need to stay out of the water for their own health. It's also illegal.'
Scottsdale Fire Department Capt. Dave Folio said about the body of water: 'Trust me, people, stay out of the water. It's got pesticides. It's got chemicals that runoff from the golf course.'

Tell me you wouldn't want to do that just once in your life.
February 14th, 2023 at 8:58 AM ^
If you've ever been tackled by a police officer.... No, you wouldn't want to do that, wearing that little clothing.... Trust me on this one.
February 14th, 2023 at 9:02 AM ^
Wendy, Respectfully - this may be a “bucket list” item for some; however, it’s not on my bucket list.
February 14th, 2023 at 9:24 AM ^
Haha -- my wanting to do this is more in a fantasy sense. It seems very freeing, very unconventional, something I would never do in real life.
February 14th, 2023 at 9:37 AM ^
I mean.... A more careful selection of venue and have at it! Thinking of charity golf outing in a neighboring state..... There wouldn't be armed security, no one would likely recognize you and you could satisfy your guilty pleasure of running scantily clad through a bunch of total strangers with little to no consequences.
Hell, you might even make their day!
February 14th, 2023 at 12:10 PM ^
Please give me a heads up. I’m buying a ticket to that event.
February 14th, 2023 at 9:29 AM ^
I wouldn't, Wendyk5. Trust me. But enjoy!
February 14th, 2023 at 10:28 AM ^
Nah. I wouldn't want to traumatize anyone.
February 14th, 2023 at 10:50 AM ^
I would not do that once in my life. 🙂
February 14th, 2023 at 11:24 AM ^
I've never understood the desire to do this sort of thing, naked or not.
February 14th, 2023 at 11:34 AM ^
cut the crap don. we all know you are the consummate showman
February 14th, 2023 at 11:37 AM ^
Unfortunately I have the showmanship of a cold, congealed bowl of plain oatmeal.
February 14th, 2023 at 9:03 AM ^
The message board right now is the crazies mix of post titles I've ever seen
February 14th, 2023 at 9:11 AM ^
Thanks, levity needed this morning
February 14th, 2023 at 9:23 AM ^
Off, I couldn’t agree more…
February 14th, 2023 at 9:17 AM ^
"Look Ma, I'm a golfer!"

The 'Waste Management' Phoenix Open. Make it stop.
February 14th, 2023 at 9:32 AM ^
My bad.
February 14th, 2023 at 10:18 AM ^
Looks like they hired an Ohio State defensive back to try and tackle him.
February 14th, 2023 at 10:25 AM ^
Stop trying to bring attention to your escapade.
February 14th, 2023 at 10:29 AM ^
at least the dude has obviously seen a gym before. better than some corpulent mess flopping around like a sad water buffalo.
February 14th, 2023 at 10:38 AM ^
I find this hilarious and illuminating. Love you m8.
February 14th, 2023 at 12:53 PM ^
The funniest thing is he had help. He had to have had a friend write the “19th hole”. I‘M gonna assume that body might be made by meth, given his subsequent actions. Either way, A for effort and execution.
February 14th, 2023 at 1:24 PM ^
doc, i've seen a lot of meth freaks in my day and he would not fit that mold. that was pre-planned, probably wanting to trade a trespassing arrest for about $250K in free advertising or clicks for whatever was scrawled on his chest. or maybe he had a few too many bloody mary's? either way, varsity effort, great attitude.
February 14th, 2023 at 1:16 PM ^
The belly flop into the water feature was the high point of the exercise. Many style points!

The Happy Gilmore golf crowd has finally arrived!!! Next we need to see Shooter McGavin complaining about it and telling Doug that he saw 2 people having sex in the sand trap off hole #18.
February 14th, 2023 at 11:38 AM ^
Only two? This is Phoenix - after all...
February 14th, 2023 at 11:09 AM ^
Before the waste management got so big the original crazy party hole was the par 3 17th at The Buick Open in Grand Blanc. My Michigan roommate was from the area so we went to it for several years starting in 1996 and always camped out on the 17th.
Those were some great weekends. House parties were a blast. The Redwood Tavern always had a beer tent and love music, including John Daly showing up to play even when he made the cut and had to tee off in the morning.
The last straw though was when a guy sitting right next to me decided to take off his shirt, run across the green (with tee shots on the green) somersault into the sand trap, then he got up and tried to dive into the pond but was tackled before he made it. It was unreal. That was the last year that they allowed those stands to be there. After that it was corporate tents until the tour stop went away.

If he's not naked, can it really be called streaking?
February 14th, 2023 at 8:00 PM ^
Inquiring minds want to know.
February 14th, 2023 at 12:13 PM ^
I have no problem with this. If you're going to do this then you have to be entertaining and this guy was. Cheers
February 14th, 2023 at 12:29 PM ^
-High motor
-Good locker room guy
-Solid quickness and burst
-Needs to put on weight and get stronger
-Fluid hips
February 14th, 2023 at 1:19 PM ^
He pretty much thinks he's MAC level talent.
February 14th, 2023 at 2:20 PM ^
Yeah more of a short area quickness guy. Long speed is adequate, but may struggle to create separation.
February 14th, 2023 at 1:26 PM ^
Pretty good execution. He's ready for a major. I'm thinking Augusta.
February 14th, 2023 at 2:05 PM ^
Haven't seen moves like that since last night with RGard's mother.
February 14th, 2023 at 3:27 PM ^
Looks like Jeff Gordon has been working out since retiring.

we were in Vegas years ago and we were trying to bet one of my brother's friends that he couldn't swim across the moat at Treasure Island without getting caught. We were up to about $1,000 when he saw some of the TI security guards. At that point he bailed since he knew he'd be hurting bad when he got out of the water
