Cool bottle - what is it?
December 2nd, 2022 at 6:42 PM ^
It is a Michters 10 year. Its such nice glass and a classic look.
December 2nd, 2022 at 6:37 PM ^
I don’t care what’s in it - that bottle wins!
December 2nd, 2022 at 6:42 PM ^
Thank you sir. Now if you dont mind id like to give you a little belly poke!
December 2nd, 2022 at 6:22 PM ^
Hey rice, I find you to be a bit of a sage, what are you betting this weekend?
December 2nd, 2022 at 6:41 PM ^
Usually championship week is where I give all my money back. Those neutral sites tend to have some strange outcomes. I will say this that UM is a different team offensively without Corum. Maybe more like the offense everyone was expecting? I expect bigger plays once again from our offense.
Maybe Michigan over their expected point total. If Purdue cant move the ball possessions will be quick for them with a good amount of throw aways and incompletions.
LSU to cover the first half spread. I think Georgia gets to the LSU late and pulls away but maybe a game for a half.
UTAH/USC over
That is the best I got. I am ready for bowl season though. Lots of good opportunities there.
December 3rd, 2022 at 3:54 AM ^
got that USC over!
December 2nd, 2022 at 6:21 PM ^
The usual.
Vodka, Sprite Zero, Cran-Raspberry, OJ, lime
December 3rd, 2022 at 7:46 AM ^
Sprite has a seasonal cranberry offering that mixes wonderfully with vodka, or tequila.
December 2nd, 2022 at 6:25 PM ^
Feeling fancy tonight. Drinking a PBR.
December 2nd, 2022 at 6:29 PM ^
Nothing wrong with PBR. I'm usually a High Life man myself.
December 2nd, 2022 at 6:34 PM ^
I agree. Can’t go wrong with either of those at 6 bucks for a 6 pack. I am also in to craft beers, but sometimes I just want a beer that tastes like beer. For me that’s PBR
December 2nd, 2022 at 7:03 PM ^
Same, but having company but had to class it up and get Coors.
I also enjoy Craft beers but if I'm just at home it's going to be High Life...pr Yuengling if I want to make the 15 minute drive to Indiana.
December 2nd, 2022 at 7:12 PM ^
I forgot they don't sell Yuengling in Michigan. Why is that?
December 2nd, 2022 at 7:26 PM ^
Multiple reasons. Michigan liquor commission is a pain in the ass. Yuengling needs to be able to produce enough product to fulfill the states requirements. Most of their expansion has been to small population states. Last year Yuengling partnered with Miller/Coors in Texas to brew Yuengling in Fort Worth. My sil works at the brewery.
December 2nd, 2022 at 7:05 PM ^
Some Miller Lite, a couple of Yuengling chocolate porters, and a Hop Slam ale as well.
December 2nd, 2022 at 11:56 PM ^
Hop slam is out? Thought it was a January offering. Going to the store tomorrow.
December 2nd, 2022 at 6:28 PM ^
I picked up some Samuel Adams Winter Lager, though it feels far from winter down here today.
Just finished work, so about ready to crack one open and wait for the Pac12 championship. Go Trojans!
December 2nd, 2022 at 6:29 PM ^
What part of Louisiana? I assume BR. I'm few hours west.. and it was quite warm today.
December 2nd, 2022 at 6:34 PM ^
Yep, BR. A few hours west would be Lake Charles area?
Looks like it's supposed to be unseasonably warm for the next week or so.
December 2nd, 2022 at 6:41 PM ^
Lake Charles is correct. Just when my northern roots were beginning to enjoy the chill... Louisiana shows up again. No worries though. Perhaps A Georgia loss will happen to make up for it.
December 2nd, 2022 at 6:28 PM ^
After I get home, a 14 hour shift.. Two fireball shots and chasing it with Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. Go USC!
December 2nd, 2022 at 6:28 PM ^
Woodford Reserve Distiller’s Select. Cheers and go blue!
December 2nd, 2022 at 6:30 PM ^
Oh yes please! Heard about the new Makers Mark releases this year? Supposed to be damn good.

Nothing good, major dad chauffeur duty tonight.
December 2nd, 2022 at 6:34 PM ^
An Old Fashioned… for the old fashioned whoop ass we about to drop on Purdue.
December 2nd, 2022 at 6:36 PM ^
Sorry, had to do it.
December 2nd, 2022 at 9:15 PM ^
Rye or Bourbon? Knob Creek rye makes quite a smooth Old Fashioned. But my favorite is Woodford double oak Bourbon.
Go Blue!
December 2nd, 2022 at 6:34 PM ^
It's only 3:30 pm right now, but the drink tonight will be Incandescence Sour Winter Ale by Dirty Couch Brewing.
December 2nd, 2022 at 6:36 PM ^
Church Music hazy IPA. Very tasty yet not as over the top like other hazys.
Go Blue, all the way. LFG!
December 2nd, 2022 at 6:48 PM ^
You also in Phoenix? The Shop is good stuff.
December 2nd, 2022 at 7:47 PM ^
Yes, I also like Mother Road Brewery, ie Tower Station is good. Another thing I like about Phoenix is you can get Oberon year round at Total Wine. Although this year they sold out for the first time in about 4 years.
December 3rd, 2022 at 12:11 AM ^
Wren House is my local favorite.
Drinking Oberon at a spring training game is perfection.
December 2nd, 2022 at 6:40 PM ^
Enjoying Founder's Unraveled with the wife and our 7 week old, new choc lab puppy tonight.
Tomorrow night rinse and repeat.
December 2nd, 2022 at 6:40 PM ^
Michter's Rye (only because I couldn't find the American Whiskey or Bourbon locally) + Aldi's selection of IPAs!
Big day of sports tomorrow! First, 9am, my 6 year old son's first bball game. Then, watch the recording of the USMNT beat The Flying Dutchmen. Followed by 4p my 10 year old son's bball game in which I am the head coach. We'll try to put that game away quickly so we can get home to watch our Wolverines win back to back B1G Championships!!!
***All times listed are CST
December 2nd, 2022 at 6:46 PM ^
Did the glass catch your eye from my picture above? Love me some damn Michters. If you can get your hands on some Bombergers I would highly recommend it.
December 2nd, 2022 at 6:47 PM ^
Willet....
December 2nd, 2022 at 6:57 PM ^
This is the way! How many years? Bourbon or rye?
December 2nd, 2022 at 6:48 PM ^
Pepto, to keep down my lunch while having to cheer for USC.
December 2nd, 2022 at 6:54 PM ^
Mega Daquiri
1 oz Smith & Cross
1 oz lime
3/4 oz simple syrup
1 oz Angostura (yes really 1 oz)
Shake hard. Should be foamy.
Tomorrow I’ll open a 750 of Bois I’ve kept for a decade.
December 2nd, 2022 at 6:57 PM ^
I don't have any idea what that is but I applaud the decade
December 2nd, 2022 at 6:56 PM ^
Just cracked a fresh squeezed All Day IPA and looking forward to the weekend. LFG!

December 2nd, 2022 at 7:04 PM ^
Hmm some torpedo IPA, Casamigos and maybe some four roses. Eating some leftover Greek food, probably watch the USC game (my 2 yo said she wanted to when I asked lol).
