Athlete's have this weird superiority complex when it comes to fans. W.o the fans players wouldn't even have the opportunity to play in that "big game". Everything they do is possible because of the fans interest in the product.

I have a hard time believing a 20 something y.o University of Michigan student can't determine who the boos were aimed at. If you have to take an "us vs the world" type of approach for motivation, then so be it. But don't make it seem like the fans weren't in full support of the players. We're just not supporting mediocrity from the staff, and as someone who I would hope doesn't want to be mediocre, he should understand.
I don't condone BEATING women in any way shape or form, but I also don't condone absolving responsibility just because of someone's gender(if she is indeed the aggressor). I am not aware of the particulars of this exact case, so I won't speak on this incident, but the incident with the other FSU player should be thrown out in a court of law, really the only court that matters IMO.
Also, not holding women accountable is unproductive and damaging, as it has led to the unbalanced culture we live in today; in regards to domestic issues. It only further perpetuates the behavior.
you had to have known you were going to get bombarded by those who, oddly, feel like women shouldn't be held accountable for their actions just like everyone else. It's almost as if people think women lack the mental capacity. She's a big girl. it's ok. Seen my fair share of domestic violence cases where the woman is overwhelmingly the aggressor with no remorse (throwing glass, slicing, etc); for the simple fact she knows no one is going to believe the man. Witness them lie to police about what exactly went on, etc. But let these "men" here on mgoblog tell it, you're not a REAL MAN if you defend yourself. Keep letting women play with your minds all you want.
