This will live forever. I think it is a terrible lapse in judgment by the parent. It is a totally selfish move, which is the exact opposite of what a parent should do.

My kids will eat spilled soup off the floor. Getting knocked over by their amorous pet dog is the cleanest safest thing that will happen to them all day.

I have one OSU friend, he's the only one who would take the time to record his child being 'danced with' by the dog. I'm not passing judgment on the whole fanba... okay, yes I am, they're terrible and probably think this is the funniest thing they've seen this year.
Kinda gross if you think about it.. Drop the phone and tell the damn dog to knock if off. Its a dominace thing that should probably be corrected instead of laughing at kid while your video taping it.

dog humping is a dominance thing, not a sexual thing. That's why girl dogs hump. My female dog humps more then my male. That's also why it can be a problem to let a dog hump your kid as you don't want the dogs to think they are dominant. Though with a frenchie it probably isn't that big of a deal.

A few years ago my wife was sitting in our front yard gabbing with a bunch of neighbors and their kids, and with no warning (not to mention drinks or dinner) our chocolate lab started humping her right in front of everybody. She was mortified, and none too pleased with our dog.
I thought it was hilarious.
if any of the neighbors thought this wasn't spontaneous.
