When you went from Stanford to the 49ers, you did amazing things as the leader of that program. It was indisputable. My favorite moment was when just before the Super Bowl run you had each players’ high school recruitment photo taped to their locker as a way of reminding them about their dreams. That was freaking brilliant!
When you came to Michigan, I fully expected it would take you 8-10 years to achieve a complete restoration to the top of college football. You led that effort!
You now have a choice and I support you whatever you decide is best for you. But I gotta say that my heart wants you to stay in Ann Arbor!

In Ft Lauderdale visiting a friend and this morning we board the Water Taxi and a guy in Ike Buckeyes shirt boos me as I board wearing my Michigan B1G Champions shirt.
I simply smile and end up sitting right across from him as the last to board a crowded boat.
Engaged him in nice conversation and we shared some stories.

Money Moody to the 49ers makes perfect sense. As a 49ers fan since the Harbaugh era, I’m stoked to see Moody take the reins from Gould, who was a steely eyed kicker.

Rabid fan of the 49ers and Wolverines. The Harbaugh thread that runs between these two programs continues as Shanahan righted the ship in SF as Harbaugh did and again in Ann Arbor.
Expecting a great and gritty game played on both sides of the ball. Philly is a nasty environment even in mild weather. Glad to be rooting for the underdog here and there’s an edge to this team that is much sharper than last season and the muffed pic by Tartt that put the Rams in the SB.

As a U-M rugby player from a generation ago, it's neat to see the women's team achieve the national title. Michigan Rugby has a deep tradition of excellence that that began in 1959 when UMRFC was formed.
As football fans we all know that football's origins are in rugby. It was a great sport to play as a younger adult. These days my attention is on football. Go Blue!

- lack of respect for authority of his coach
- sends the wrong message to young fans who may be or become athletes
- makes one wonder how he is behind closed doors when things get tense.
