Suggestion from Twitter: Meechie jerseys for charity
Saw a suggestion on Twitter that I loved: make an official jersey for Meechie, sell it through MDen or through official channels, and donate the proceeds to his family or a scholarship fund for his daughter.
Posting this here because I don't know the proper channels to go through, and I hope someone does. I would buy one in a heartbeat and I'd love to see the Michigan money cannon pointed towards this.

Email warde and Harbaugh. Their admins might get it in front of the right people. Maybe talk with MDen since they should have a contact within the AD for apparel

How about just a Jersey inspired tshirt? Way less overhead and therefore a higher percentage of proceeds will go to his fam. I’m down for either though. Maybe our friends at underground printing can help us out.
edit: it would be infinitely awesome if these could be ready for 12/31!

T-shirts are a much better idea. Jerseys are too expensive for many as is, adding more cost will just price many out, along with those that have no interest in wearing a jersey.
Mden is swamped right now so I doubt they can put something together quickly. Hopefully there is another option that could work something out with the AD.

The obvious T-shirt is a simple shirt that says Meechigan…If underground printing/Mgoblog does that, I’d buy it

His gofundme is still up. Some sort of public display/osteosarcoma awareness would be cool though. Especially if donned by the students at the game on 12/31 or even at the M bball games.

Yeah, I get that and strongly agree. I was just trying to be practical in getting the family funds quickly. (Note, they're currently at $280K and rising)
