I've had just enough beer to discuss this. In general, I'm for any opportunity to spread college hockey and while I'm not privy to the LV hockey market, it's certainly interesting to hear the insider optimism. This would also test the grounds for an NHL team in LV.

By giving up two long pass plays, they put themselves in the position to be at the mercy of the refs in an iffy, non-reviewable judgment call. It might've been tough, but was entirely avoidable over the course of the previous 59 minutes against a 3-6 team. Shit happens. Luck runs out. Drink your medicine.
Have to give credit to the minny OC. Calling a good game. Granted it helps when it's obvious what works. But I'm really surprised we're not using more aggressive blitz packages like that 3rd down stop more often..
Good call, mr yost. I do believe it will the be the tale of two halves. It's definitely concerning how our D was exploited but they deserve more faith given their stellar performance thus far in the season. Expect an adjustment and I'm thinking there's gonna be a special teams td this half. Just looks like the minny spec teams is a bit overmatched.
Did you guys really think we would completely dominate the next four games leading up to OSU? Bad halves happen to the best teams. Expect a defensive adjustment in the second half.
Is anyone starting Brandon Lafell this week? Anyone with a hot take on how much he'll be used? Right now I have Willie Snead and Rishard Matthews at wr2 and flex. Lafell seems like a high upside pick if he's not gonna be restricted in snaps.
Rough week is right...Afternoon flight from Reagan to DTW got delayed for 2 hours then cancelled. I'll have to catch a 5am flight to chi and then to dtw arriving mid-morning and then I'll be heading straight to AA. Raising a Sam Adams Oktoberfest. All this hassle will be worth it in 24 hours.

I was previously watching boyz in the hood and that's a movie that puts you in a quite the mood. Anyways, BC needs some offense here. Fielder's Choice by Heavy Seas for me. It's a pretty basic lager but it's baseball related and some of the proceeds go to Cal Ripken Sr's foundation. Go Tigers!
Both the Boone Docks and Arts have their place and time for sure. Maybe it's just me, but I never seem to mind about the comparable food quality just because of the location. After all, both are mostly just a place to throw a few back and get out of the sun. I'll be up in the area the last week of July though!
My favorite vacation spot is still Up North in Glen Arbor and Empire. For me, the childhood nostalgia of vacationing Up North beats out any exotic, tropical or far-away destination. Cheers, everyone!
