Knob Creek 10 yr Small batch on ice.

It's too damn hot here in Maryland to drink neat.

May finish the night with some Stagg Jr. Batch 3 while watching DVRd TV with the Mrs.

Rather than Jack Daniels (No 7), I tried George Dickel (No 8) recently. The two distillers are somewhat close to each other, with one way more popular.

I'm drinking some George tonight a prefer it over Jack.

not bad.  pasta with the kids.  barn chores done.  cloudy, rainy day changing over to epic sunset with clearing skies.  making up for the mich baseball disappointment of earlier this evening.

I am going with Blue Moon as I sit herw and watch "Orphan Black" and watch the torrential rains roll in per the forecast for SE Michigan. We could get something in upwards of 3 inches or so by tomorrow afternoon, and while that's nothing in comparison to what other parts of the country are experiencing, it is still pretty limiting. I needed to do so much more weeding than I did today.

Grape. I'm also on a road trip currently. So drinking alcohol would likely be frowned upon.

At a rest area. Not mgoblogging and driving.

Was downing some Guinness but I moved onto Caramel Whiskey.

Also protip, don't bother with Leinenkegel's Grapefruit Shandy, stick to the Summer Shandy.

I had a 15-pack of the All Day in my hands, about 45 feet from the check-out, when I was given explicit instructions to go back to the booze area and get Coors Light.  I did grab a six of Sierra Nevada Torpedo.  Do not ask who ordered the beer crime.

I assume your female, but Coors Light is still good for me. Thankfully I have developed better taste buds for beer over the past few years, but Coors Light is the lone domestic, mass-produced beer I will still drink; I would never buy it, though. If it is free at a party or something, I am fine with it. I am a craft beer snob, so I prefer the good stuff.

for a couple of years.  My wife worked down in Arnold, and I am scattered all over Howard and Baltimore County.  We thought we were going to buy a place in Severna Park...but my wife switched jobs (near Catonsville)...

Loved AA County.  Probably going to Annapolis for brunch (say hi to the Asian couple with the Bernese Mountain dog getting drunk) if you are around.

Got a case of Yuengling delivered to me here in Chicago today and now watching the Blackhawks stop the Ducks. Life is good...unless you're a duck.
