I liked Chauncey and loved that team except for Sheed (he was that teams Bill Laimbeer, another embarrassment for Piston fans), but I am not sure Billups resume passes the smell test for the hall. I don't know his numbers or fancy stats, but he seems like a Lance Parrish - very good layer for a long time, had postseason success, all star games and silver bats, but just not HOF material.
i remember it well i was at frazier's pub at the left end of the bar and i remember about ten of us huddling and jumping up and down We won the Cup We Won the Cup. Keith Jones future wife was bartending.
I am taking solace in the fact that the refs didn't steal it that it was the inability of our QB to make anything off-schedule turn out OK that did us in.
I am not going to scan and post, but do you all remember the Shell gas station football prints - I want to say 1982? Billy Sims, Bubba Baker, Tom Skladany, freddie solomon, Gary Danielson (my least favorite Lion ever) - they were graphite pencil sketch prints. I had relatives in Ohio I had all the Bengals and Browns too - Brian Sipe, both Pruitts, Pete Johnson, the big buckeye RB that got stuffed 4x by Hacksaw Reynolds in the 82 SIverdome Super Bowl. I still have them my kids will dig them out when i am dead and be like wtf?
My brother in law is a nuerologist and Horace King is not just a patient he is a christmas party guest. Past tense. Brother in law went to jail for medicare fraud and has not been hosting any christmas parties. So horace may be dead for all i know. A very nice guy, dead or alive.
i humbly disagree. Goff is a good QB, but not great. He is awesome when he has a clean pocket and open receivers. Off schedule he is a disaster - I thought Baker outplayed him yesterday, fancystats be damned.
I'll say it - Chris Spielman. Her first hire set all the good dominos in motion: Brad, Dan Campbell (chosen over Robert Saleh, so they were looking at the right people). Hiring Chris was the key IMHO
Barb McQuade was one of the Trump firing all of the US Attorneys, along with her whole staff, who have all gone on to better things. One of which is a federal immigration judge, another is a partner at Pepper Hamilton. Rock on Trump.
isn't some american in jail in japan for falling asleep at the wheel, not due to anything other than fatigue - no alcohol? in japan you can't get in the car if you're tired it's like driving drunk.
underrated. 69 with a chubby girl, that is. and, while we're on the subject, girls aren't chubby or skinny, they're just different. softer, harder, rounder, flatter, etc.
That tush push defense only works if you know which way the QB is going to curl. If he curled the other way he has no shot at it and no shot at slowing the ball or the QB. And the QB curled that way because that where the line caved in. If the right side of the line sucked more than the other on that play he curls the other way. That has to be an opportunity play only. IMO and I am not very bright and have poor listening skillz.
so this is what paul feinbaum and heather dinsh mean when they say the NCAA nvestigation is not going away and is going to be a real thing for the foreseeable future
IDK I just said she because i didn't know which it was so I went with she. But all everyone on here is talking about anything about is the merits and that is only one piece.
just so i understand, this all goes to likelihood to prevail on the merits? aren't there some other elements with a high bar? she didn't buy irreparable harm last time why this time?
i am not very bright and have poor listening skills, but I think PN could be a good hire for them, a guy who fits like Shiano at Rutgers. I like Shiano at Rutgers making them quasi-relevant again hopefully. Same for Fleck at Minnesota. I say could not would because i thought the same thing about Cryst. And Frost.
Are you defining dead dog loser as not being able to survive summary judgment and it's obvious? If so, very few cases fit that description there is Rule 11 after all. If there is only a 20% of chance of survival, is that so dead dog loser to turn down the deep pocket high profile client?
i went to Tappan and Huron with his daughter Kirsten (Kristen?) she was very cool. Attractive as well. Cliff Keane's grandaughter Carolyn was another very cool attractive Michigan descendent of UM legends. Yes I am old.
I think the exact moment is when he mentioned his two degrees and then talked about being a husband and father which then sunk to the twelve year old comment

game 7 sounded about right - i think we chased Roy with 7 goals so Darrne getting three sounded right to me

2015 kick six and it isn't close. Crable's purported late hit in 2006.
If the PAC12 did so well in TV viewership why is it dead?
i expected more from you. it's not the GM it's the guy who hired the GM. The guy who wanted to go to Michigan but his dad wouldn't let him.

i'll settle for the greatest football season in state history - oh we already did that
