You coming on this site is like me going on an MSU blog; I wouldn’t do it.  I certainly wouldn’t post on an MSU blog.

So strange that OSU fans not only troll this site, but post on it.  It’s very little brother-ish.  You must be over 40 and remember when U of M kicked your ass on an annual basis. OR you are younger and can’t get laid.  Either way, I feel sorry for you.

Go Blue! ?

This is the exact kind of attitude that make people hate Michigan fans. Arrogant, obnoxious and living in the past. OfficerRabbit provides a cohesive and sound explanation as to why MSU and OSU fans are happy that Patterson got cut and you have to go out and be a dick for no reason? Just why?

Forget those guys. Shea is gonna get signed by some other team and lead them to the super bowl.

What!?!  He can start running the RPO effectively, he did it at IMG!  It’s coming any minute.  Just wait until we get rid of Pep, or get a new Offense, or Shea gets healthy or Shea learns the Offense, or Gattis finally gets through to the players, or the new players get more snaps, or they all get comfortable with the Offense, or, or, or.........

I was such a spoiled fan in 2005 that I didn’t even watch that game.  I was so pissed they already had 3 losses (ND, Wis, Min) that I couldn’t be bothered.  Very disappointed THAT was the reason I missed one of the best game ending plays in Mich football history.

I can assure you, I have accepted my penance and will appreciate any big wins in the future.

Hell yea he is.  Dudes living the fucking dream.

He gets to work out, watch football 24/7, practice a bit, and be on the sidelines, have most of his daily expenses paid for, not wreck his body, then win a Super Bowl and get a ring.  And get over a million a year to do it.

This does not bode well for 2020 - does it ?  I mean if Shea is that awful, how do we fair in 2020 with his backups?

Maybe no 2020 season is a good thing for Michigan football.

Edit - let’s just reboot this whole thing in fall 2021 with J.J. calling the plays and slinging it.  Plus Justin Fields is gone.  Win-win with no 2020 season as playing it will totally suck yet again.

I think he'd a perfect fit for the Atlantic Schooners. They were a CFL expansion team in Nova Scotia in 1984. Unfortunately, they couldn't secure funding for a stadium and withdrew their league membership a year later. So the team never actually took the field.

And if there was ever a player who would be perfect for never taking the field ...

So he couldn't beat out Jordan Ta’amu a second time, and two 35 year olds.  Everyone just assumed the first time around that he wanted out, even though there was a lot of smoke coming out of Ole Miss that he was being outperformed by Ta’amu.

Transfers happen for a reason.  They rarely pan out.  Also not a very optimistic read on the current QBs.

No one should be surprised. The guy was serviceable to good at UM. Had some good moments. Just not good enough to get UM over the hump.

Side point.

There are a lot of young aspiring NFL players that just don't appreciate how hard it is to make an NFL gameday roster, especially at qb. Especially as a FA or a low round pick (Brady).

Speight and Patterson are just roster bodies coming out and never had the talent to have lasting power to be on an NFL team.
