I got two of my favorite Michigan hooded sweatshirts at Goodwill.  They both looked and felt brand new (now I'm wondering if there was a sad story about why there just happened to be two pristine medium Michigan sweatshirts there at the same time)

I think he started prioritizing getting “Harbaugh guys”.  He’s also in his element.

Yeah I think the “Jim Harbaugh is hard to work with” thing is probably but exaggerated

Poggi and Partridge both came back to work with him.  Both have also supported him while at other jobs, CP at Ole Miss and Biff at Charlotte 

He brought Jesse, Clink, Elston and Herbert with him to LA.  Drevno followed him a few times.  Weiss was set to follow him to the Vikings

This isn’t to say he’s a dream boss for everyone but there are a lot of people who do thrive working with him 

I love Barry (obviously) but I do not think he’d be a good recruiter.  He seems like a very sweet man and I’ll bet the parents would be very taken with him but he’s not the kind of charismatic that wins over most high school kids

I've said it before and I'll say it again, he's the reason I fell in love with Michigan football.  I came to campus in 06 barely knowing anything about the team (I was an NFL guy back then a probably couldn't name more than 5-10 players in the history of Michigan football).  Seeing the little running back wearing #20 was a good fit for me and his passion off the field was magnetic.
