The SEC reached out to the B1G to provide evidence that “Michigan staff member (Stalions)” attended SEC games as well
Not sure if it was confirmed prior that the SEC was also colluding with the B1G on this:
In addition, the commissioner of the Southeastern Conference informed the Conference that the University staff member had purchased tickets to the SEC football championship game in Atlanta.
If true, to hell with the SEC too.

The SEC would tell the Big Ten to
"Fuck off we dont eat our own and we sure as shit aint letting you do it"
November 10th, 2023 at 5:48 PM ^
Well, we know why ESPN is so pissed at us
November 10th, 2023 at 5:48 PM ^
This shits going to be embarrassing when Michigan boat-races the rest of their sorry ass B1G schedule.
I think Michigan will win it all though im not 100% sure because the B1G is so bad at football its hard to tell just how good Michigan is.
November 10th, 2023 at 5:49 PM ^
The PAC-2 must be licking their chops right now and preparing to poach Michigan from the B1G
November 10th, 2023 at 5:49 PM ^
Oh fuck I hope he didnt attend disney on ice. Cancel our post National Championship celebration at Disneyland if so!
November 10th, 2023 at 5:50 PM ^
wouldnt be an issue, they werent on our schedule so doesnt matter
November 10th, 2023 at 5:52 PM ^
Who gives a fuck, there are no SEC teams on the schedule so it's not against the rule. It's not like coaches are never allowed to attend any football game ever.
EDIT: Also come on SEC. You really want to get involved in bringing to light rule breaking? It's accepted that you all cheat, it's so accepted that just the idea of playing like a SEC school implies that you're probably cheating.
November 10th, 2023 at 5:53 PM ^
Makes sense--we did kill Hendon Hooker after all...
November 10th, 2023 at 5:55 PM ^
It was my understanding that you were allowed to in-person attend conference championship games at that time.
November 10th, 2023 at 6:00 PM ^
Isnt the rule in person scouting of future scheduled opponents anyway? No one in the SEC was scheduled
November 10th, 2023 at 5:58 PM ^
Not only is this not illegal, it substantiates the claims the CS was doing this for multiple teams or with the intention of distribution to multiple teams.
November 10th, 2023 at 5:59 PM ^
Again, I don’t really care as this isnt anything to change the overall narrative. Stallions was a nut. Everyones mad about punishment without anyone actually investigating anything
November 10th, 2023 at 6:00 PM ^
I want to know when Michigan is going to release all this dirt they supposedly have ....
November 10th, 2023 at 6:00 PM ^
So, basically everyone outside of UM fans believes UM is guilty and should be punished. I agree CS was stupid in his methods, and way too obvious. UM broke the spirit of rules not the exact rule.
If UM can get an injunction and JH can coach, I hope they put up 50+ on every team they play. Emotion will affect the game for the first 10 minutes or so, but then it's about execution and talent.
I am very disappointed and disillusioned in college football.
November 10th, 2023 at 6:16 PM ^
Disillusioned and the whole thing almost surreal. I get opponents wanting to derail UM. But the trial by media and Petitti acting like he has the same agenda is mind boggling. Alienating UM is cutting his own throat. There is a generation of people that cannot accept OSU not being on top and the media seems to be following their lead. I think UM has to seriously explore leaving the conference. This bad blood cannot be undone.
November 10th, 2023 at 6:00 PM ^
So let me get this straight--a UM employee went to an SEC game. Pretty heinous.
November 10th, 2023 at 6:01 PM ^
Buying tickets doesn't mean he attended.
Same shit, no news.
November 10th, 2023 at 10:36 PM ^
Yeah i am sure he is buying all those tickets with his $55,000 annual salary and then leaving the seats empty. Good critical thinking skills.
November 10th, 2023 at 6:02 PM ^
The SEC deeply cares about the rules.
November 10th, 2023 at 6:03 PM ^
ACC then boys Clemson down sure they’d love another brand name.
November 10th, 2023 at 6:03 PM ^
I worked at UTSA and attended a Michigan game during my employment.
Im sorry UTSA, time to nuke the program because of my transgressions.
November 10th, 2023 at 6:03 PM ^
Aside from the curious issue that this would imply it's illegal for anyone associated with a college football team to watch another college football game in person, it's irrelevant.
It's irrelevant to the charge because it's already been established that Stalions paid for other people to attend games. Whether that's just a dozen B1G games or also some SEC, ACC or Pac games is kinda not the heart of the issue. Having people watch games of teams Michigan never ended up playing is hardly an aggravating factor.
The question for us isn't whether other teams and conferences would take offense to Michigan violating rules to gain an edge. Of course, they do. And we would too if someone else had done it. The question is whether Michigan is treated similarly to other teams accused of violations of similar seriousness. Both by the NCAA and the conference.
I think at this point we all know that this isn't the case. Michigan's beef is that in a sport where every program has broken the rules and probably still is breaking the rules in some way, it is being singled out by its own conference for punishment specifically designed to destroy the team's chances of success.
November 10th, 2023 at 6:49 PM ^
That's the bottom line. Well said.
November 10th, 2023 at 6:06 PM ^
Also, there is no rule against watching football teams you are not scheduled to play in season. Post season is different right?
November 10th, 2023 at 6:06 PM ^
He probably also attended my birthday party. He attends everything. Thanks though SEC
November 10th, 2023 at 6:07 PM ^
Got em all scared….
November 10th, 2023 at 6:07 PM ^
I’m thinking there are 6 million reasons why the sec would play petitti like this
November 10th, 2023 at 6:09 PM ^
Not against the rules to attend post season games. Period.
November 10th, 2023 at 6:10 PM ^
1. Connor is the dumbest person alive.
2. This isn't illegal. They weren't an opponent on the schedule
November 10th, 2023 at 10:35 PM ^
Still can’t film the sidelines.
November 10th, 2023 at 6:11 PM ^
If it wasn’t Stallions in the seats then it’s not a violation.
Next
November 10th, 2023 at 6:11 PM ^
ACC it is. Or independent.
November 10th, 2023 at 6:12 PM ^
How many places can Stallions be at one time? Unless he's from the 23rd century and can beam himself from place to place. Besides that, how much would all these airfares cost?
Maybe Stallions can clone himself a dozen times.
November 10th, 2023 at 6:16 PM ^
So... Fuck them too!!!
November 10th, 2023 at 6:19 PM ^
Pot. Let me introduce you to Kettle.
November 10th, 2023 at 6:20 PM ^
All of college football hates Michigan. Not sure why. CS did UM no favors.
November 10th, 2023 at 6:21 PM ^
That little bastard sure got around.
November 10th, 2023 at 10:34 PM ^
Lol. In a sad way
November 10th, 2023 at 6:22 PM ^
Honestly at this point, I’m ok with Michigan leaving the Bigten but not to that shithole conference. Maybe either the ACC or go Independent for awhile. It doesn’t seem to bother Notre Dame any as an Independent.
November 10th, 2023 at 6:23 PM ^
People who live in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones.
November 10th, 2023 at 6:25 PM ^
I am confused. I thought it wa so it illegal to scout teams that you are scheduled to play. How does Stalions having ppl watching other conferences games play into this at all?
November 10th, 2023 at 10:33 PM ^
November 10th, 2023 at 6:28 PM ^
Why do people here think SEC is our friend? Remember satellite camps?
November 10th, 2023 at 6:41 PM ^
Again, I don't think anyone is arguing that Stalions didn't do stuff but evidence that Harbaugh or anyone else was involved has yet to be proven.
November 10th, 2023 at 6:52 PM ^
Wow is that a nothingburger. We basically knew this already?
November 10th, 2023 at 6:53 PM ^
I remember it well. It was the Night We Drove Old Dixie Down.
November 10th, 2023 at 6:55 PM ^
Well..isn't that rich. THE MOST. CORRUPT CHEATINGEST SPORTS LEAGUE OF ALL TIME THE SEC WHICH HAS BEEN BREAKING NCAA RULES AND CHEATING FOREVER
November 10th, 2023 at 6:59 PM ^
Lol at the idiots on here that wanted to leave the B1G for the SEspnC … really
November 10th, 2023 at 10:32 PM ^
No kidding. You think all the SEC coaches are going to welcome UM and Harbaugh into the SEC? Gtfo
November 10th, 2023 at 7:04 PM ^
Smart on the SEC's part. "Hey, the dipshit B1G commish is out to get one of their leading contenders for the cfp. If we can help him bring them down, maybe we can get 2 SEC teams in the cfp."
